Customer service absolutely shocking. So rude. Would not tell be the dispatch date having waited almost 2 wks. Gives tracking number that doesn’t work. The nxt day it worked so they only just dispatch... See more
Not had the same experience as other reviewers - I emailed them as it had been 15 business days and they said there was a delay due to Corona (pretty quick reply) , I got the brush the next day. It's... See more
After seeing the hype about this advertised we decided to get one for our super fluffy ragdoll cat. This arrived and found this was appalling, a hacksaw blade in a cheap block of wood 😀. Did nothing... See more

I ordered the ezzygroom before reading the reviews. It took 10 days to be delivered from order date. It is essentially a hacksaw blade inserted into a piece of wood with ezzygroom written on it. I was skeptical in using it at all, but i did. It does shed lots of dead fur, and my dog "a black lab" loved it. It works really well tbf, but you are paying a lot for a hacksaw blade 😂. I will be using g it again. Just my 2 cents.

Please dont waste money buying from this company. Their customer services is HORRENDOUS! I tried to chat with them via messenger and they read the messages but fail to reply. The 'combs' they sell are nothing more than a block of wood with a serated (BUT BLUNT) piece of metal attached to it! Given that theres no actually 'teeth' on the comb, all you are actually doing is dragging a bit of metal across your dogs skin. PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THEIR CLAIMS THAT THIS REMOVES HAIRS BECAUSE IT DOSNT! I have just reverted back to my own basic dog comb which removed WAY more hair and only cost me £2!
Save your money and avoid this terrible company.

Been chasing my order since I placed it…
Been chasing my order since I placed it on the 7th July it sounds like we are all getting the same response about our deliveries, that COVID has slowed everything down my parcel is at a post office in Salford and they want me to chase it! I just want my money back I will be taking this further
Awful Customer Service
Ordered from Ezzygroom 3 weeks ago £3 delivery. Still no sign of my item. They keep blaming delays in the post office as a result of COVID-19 but I’ve had no problem with any other supplier during the pandemic. Every time I have chased they say they will let me know when the order has been processed but I’ve heard nothing. Followed up today to ask for a refund and miraculously it has now been processed. I checked the tracking number and it says it was delivered to somewhere in Salford (I live in the SE) on the 18th July. Signed by X!! I went back to them and told them that wasn’t my signature and again asked them for a refund. The response I got was “check the post office” I was just about to give them both barrels when they said they will check the post office when it reopens on Monday. What a shambles and the saga continues....
Easiest Way To HURT Your Pet!
A company who says they were created out of a passion and love for animals, so they create a groom tool that’s supposedly effortless and completely safe to use on your beloved pets. Videos on Facebook show the tool to be really easy to use and animals look like they’re enjoying being brushed.
So, for those who don’t know, it’s supposedly designed to cut loose fur without the use of scissors and without hurting your pet. Before purchasing, I noticed they monitor posts left on their wall and there was no sign of any bad reviews, you’ll find out why this is in a moment.
I bought one for my Golden Retriever. First use, I was shocked at how hard you needed to use it in order to get any kind of fur off. Anyone who owns a golden will know they shed a lot of fur, so there should be no reason why I would have to put any effort into the brushing.
The device is blunt, really blunt and usually my pup loves being brushed, this was causing her so much stress. You have to dig into their skin for it to remove even one or two pieces of hair!
I commented on their Facebook page and was INSTANTLY banned! No wonder there are no negative reviews. I’m not annoyed at being banned, I’m just worried people will buy these and use them on their pets! These should not be available to buy whatsoever!
EzzyGroom; if you had a little more customer interaction with the scores of disgruntled customers Instead of reaching for the blocked button, you may not find yourself on Trustpilot.
If I could leave no stars I would’ve.
