Cheltenham Branch - Rude and arrogant staff - poorest customer service. Suggested additional jobs that were not required including antifreeze and wheel alignment to up their metrics.

Then rude and laughing to and about my family member about the tidiness of their car.

Bullying and discriminatory…

Easy online booking, best prices in the area & the staff were helpful & trustworthy. I didn't know where the locking wheelnut was, they found it for me & when checking the wheel alignment said they were perfectly straight and so no further work/charge needed. They could have said anything, just to get more money,but they didn't. Stars that renew my trust in mechanics 🙂

Visited the team again at Cheltenham, Arfan & team extremely helpful as usual for my sons Suzuki Swift today, there's no point going anywhere else and Ive been in the car trade for over 40 years, Michael Cascarino

Beware that if you get an estimate via fix my car it may be 1/3 of quote (just under £300 estimate to Just under £800 quote)

I've never been spoken to so rudely by the manager at the Cheltenham branch, no wonder the business has such poor reviews....

Our second visit this year and we received the same great service. Have recommended to other family members too!

Drove in with a puncture even though they was busy they managed to do it for me very quickly and were very polite

Big thank you to Cheltenham, for sorting my car problem with limited notice. Had a 5 year old with me so this was very much appreciated.

We brought our car in for a full service and then were told we needed to pay a further £142.46 for a Brake Fluid Change ,Geo check and Diagnostic code read which we asked for as a warning light had come on the day before.He also said that he had broken the locking wheel nut whilst trying to get the rear tyre off and we would have to go to the main dealer in Gloucester to get a new one! It cost us £40!!
I was told to bring the car back a few days later for the Codes to be retested.The manager told me he would ring me later that afternoon as he would be getting a visit from someone who could analyse the codes.
The following afternoon I rang him and he said the man had not been in.
The following Sunday my husband popped back in as the light was back on.He wanted to know what the expert had suggested about the codes.He was given a print out and said he didn’t know what the codes meant but that my husband could google it which my husband replied “that was why you agreed to diagnose and resolve the problem “ the manager’s response was you can google it!!!
Today my husband went back as the light was on and the manager said to pop back anytime if it comes back on but he told my husband that he was too busy.
We are now left out of pocket and with a warning light that we will have to pay another garage to diagnose and resolve!
This situation has been a nightmare and I wanted to WARN everyone about being scammed for a service paid for and a manager going back on his words!

Dropped in to get a flat tyre repaired, branch manager jumped on the issue promptly and repaired, very grateful. Thanks for sorting and getting me back on my way. Great service as ever.

The guys where super helpful sorted out my car swiftly and where happy to answer any questions and queries that I had! Many thanks will be back next week!

Everyone there deserves a medal, honestly u folks were brilliant. My car failed MOT and u guys did what needed to be done and passed it same day... Not only that but I did it without me worrying.... I will continue to use this garage for anything because they work so hard and fairly and u can't ask for more than that when it comes to the safety of Ur car and pocket

The so called manager is a waste of space, He has absolutely zero respect for customers and lacks professionalism in every aspect.

If your considering going there for anything AVOID while you can!!

Fantastic service at Formula One Autocentre Cheltenham. Arfan was great and honest. Our Mini Countryman had warning lights for brakes and we thought it needed new tyres. Arfan checked the car over and advised us that the brakes are all in good condition, plus the tyres, so he did an alignment and did not charge for checking the vehicle.

Avoid. Inaccurate diagnosis of the issues which has been subsequently cleared by two independent garages (including a main dealer) as being non existent. Did everything to prevent my checking and inspecting for myself. Highly unprofessional. There are better garages within a walking distance from this place.

Placed a phone call to get brakes/pads replaced

Arrived 10 am all done an fitted by 11.30
Price was very competitive
Brilliantly hassle free and straightforward

I rate F1 Cheltenham branch. Been using for years having switched from a competitor. These guys are reliable and competitive and helpful. Arfan is great and has gained my trust which is not easy in the dark set of car repairs. As always he fitted me in quickly, did my repair and communicated the cost and pick up smoothly. Perfect for me
