Formula One Autocentres - Lichfield Reviews 

I have no connection with the company Formula 1, Lichfield branch, other than as a customer.
Recently I had 4 new tyres fitted at Formula 1. I asked the fitter named Will about tyre degradation due to UV light. I found him to be polite, knowledgable and articulate. Indeed, he advised me that if I had any doubt about degradation in the future, Formula 1 did free tyre checks.
I am very satisfied with the fitting of my new tyres.
The Supervisor of Formula 1 also assisted me greatly in establishing the whereabouts of a credit note issued by a third party, to which I applaud his professionalism.

Fi Auto Centre Lichfield is 5 Star excellent, staff are
so helpful and caring and excellent at what they do.

I Couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Chris at F1 in Lichfield, the work was carried out quickly, to a very high standard and I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. the centre itself was clean and tidy, the staff had great knowledge. I will definitely visit again.

The only garage I trust with my Range Rover Sport, great lads, great mechanics, polite and professional. They always go that extra mile for their customers.

I had a flat on my van rang up several garages in and around lichfield but couldn't get in anywhere. However, formula one in lich although were busy fitted me into a last min slot. I turned up and straight away greeted like a loyal customer. van went in and 30mins later all sorted for no charge. Tyler the lad who sorted my van, a true professional, polite and friendly, a real asset to the business. I had some major work done on my van a few years back, again last min job and no fuss or problems. great to have a garage in lich i can genuinely trust and always do a top job.

We had a puncture on th A38 just outside Lichfield. The AA attended and performed an emergency repair. We were given limited mileage and speed limit. I checked Google and the first company was F1. I proceeded to click on the same day fitting link and provided the relevant details and gave the postcode to the Lichfield branch.

It had the following in stock with the earliest timeslot at 1215: F1Autocentres.com 88H XL 185/60HR15 £60.78.

I called the branch to see if I could get it fitted any earlier be told this was not correct 'they don't stock all the tyres or they would have no place to work'. I advised the gent for I had clicked the same day fitting link but he still said this was not right. He claimed the only stock they had was over £90.

I am bemused, if I had gone ahead with the booking and paid £60.78 what would have been the outcome?

Either way it's brand that I have attempted to used and will not try to use again. I found the whole verbal interaction to be dishonest.

On the way to Heathrow, at about 4.30pm on a Friday out car developed a knocking sound.No warning indicators were displayed. Another garage we tried were not prepared to help. However, Formula 1 soon had the car up on the ramp. They discovered loose undertray and the screws had come loose . They were able to reattach and fix the problem. Amazingly, they didn't want to charge for this. We were soon on our way. Thanks very much.

Had two budget tyres fitted today an appreciated the report from the engineer about other tyres, wheel balancing etc. Good also to have a lovely cup of coffee whilst waiting in the viewing area and great toilets. Very good price for the tyres and other works. Thanks to all at F1A Lichfield.

I had an appointment on Thursday to have 2 front tyres replaced. My son suggested I keep the one tyre as a spare. The nice man noticed a bulge on a back tyre. The spare tyre was used on that back tyre. The nice man said no charge for fitting it. I would say that was 5 star service. Thank you

I was on holiday, on my way to Cadbury world miles away from home and my car suddenly told me that there was a fault, the engine management light came on as well as the service and ad blue light and it was an emissions fault. I found the Lichfield autocentre was the closest to me headed straight there and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Their customer service was absolutely fantastic and everyone was very friendly. They reassured me and checked the car without any issue. I would definitely recommend them and am so grateful to them for helping me. Thankyou

F1 Lichfield, Chris always super helpful, great service, completely trust his advice and never feel intimidated when I go in which is a bonus as being female I am aware some garages might take the opportunity to add extras on or inflate prices. Fully recommend

I went to Formula One today as I now struggle to do my own oil and water and air checks. As usual Chris Hewitt and all the staff were lovely. I know I'm in safe hands with Formula one and my daughter refuses to go anywhere else despite living in Oxfordshire. Chris was so helpful and lovely. I will like my daughter keep going to Formula One.

These guys who work at this branch especially Chris and Rob who serviced my car are friendly and very caring .They were straight with me as soon as they looked at my vehicle to tell me exactly what was wrong and how much I was expected to pay for new parts and labour .They helped in every way they could by getting my car back on the road quickly .Definitely will be going back in the future as I like honestly and this is what you get .

He will always fit me in and never have i been turned away with a half done job. Honest and reliable. No exorbitant charges and they always deliver when they say they will. Came today with a problem with my car it took one of the team seconds to find the problem and was very kind and reasonable knowing wasn’t very knowledgeable about cars but straight away they knew how to fix the problem and kept me at ease till it was done , absolutely amazing service would highly recommend
