I have made quite a few purchases from Faculty-X over the years due to their great selection of products and have always found their prices competitive along with fast shipment. You can depend on them to pick up the phone and reply to emails and Richard will try his best to assist both order wise and technically.

Great product, I needed to add another homeplug to my network and have bought from here before. Easily found the rig one and prdered it. Arrived well packed in 3 days. Easily plugged into my network and works with no problems

Bought a total of 6 Solwise twin port 500mb/s Powerline devices. They all worked as soon as plugged in. Replacing old 200mb/s Newlink ones also bought from Faculty-X. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with software as manufacturers software disc included did not have instructions for Win7 only XP and I couldn't find anywhere to obtain Win 7 software on the net. Emailed Faculty-X and they replied immediately giving me instructions they'd written themselves that worked. Fantastic service. Will definitely be using them again for any future IT equipment. They were also the cheapest price on the net for the wireless powerline product I bought from them so well worth looking at them for that alone. Personally though, I value customer care and now that I know I'll get it from them I would probably consider them again even if they weren't the cheapest.

I have been looking for months at these Solwise products and eventually decided to take the plunge and purchased three units.I must admit that I have had my doubts about the efficiency of these products,but I have to say that they worked straight out of the box and have given me a faster broadband connection than my wireless set up.I am impressed with the product and the supplying company,I should have bought these months ago.

I needed some power over ethernet adapters due to my laptop not wanting to connect wirelessly to my ADSL router. Order placed just after lunch Tuesday, arrived nice and promptly early Wednesday morning ready for a day working from home.

faculty-x will give good advice both before and after purchase and never ignore an email. I have purchased from them several times for myself and sent friends their way. Through no fault of theirs i am having problems getting fast speeds over one network but Richard has gone out of his way to offer friendly and helpful suggestions to diagnose issues

We are an IT support company and have recently purchased some homeplug adapters, for a customer, from Faculty-X.
Ordering via their website was simple and payment, via PayPal, was easy and the post and packing charge was minimal.
The items arrived the next day and we had them installed and working, the following day. They did the trick and we had a very happy customer.
We will be using them exclusively, for this type of product, in future.

Delivered speedily and as ordered. Support not needed so not tested.

For what I wanted they were the best price and fast delivery.

I received my powerline adaptors very quickly after ordering them.

I had a few problems setting them up as I bought the adaptors that also incorperated wifi, as such I sent an email asking for assistance, they replied very swiftly and the information was very straight forward and helpful, it enabled me to have the adaptors up and running in no time.

Overall I was very pleased with my purchase and the help I received.
