We've just had a new front door and wall mounted letter box installed by Fairview. Both the door and the finish of the installation are of high quality. There was a slight misunderstanding related to the order but upon discovery this was rectified quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Excellent Aftercare Service by Jill and Norman
I first used Fairview Windows (Widnes) in 2016. Since then I have several more windows and doors installed by the company.
Alongside their quality products and professional installation, is the excellent Aftercare Service. The front of house team support is provided by both Jill and Norman. Both of them are friendly and work hard to make sure everything is satisfactory. It's this aftercare that makes me a returning Fairview customer!

Overall a good experience…
Overall a good experience but more information and advice should have been given on sound insulation for houses on busy roads. Operationally good but perhaps lacking a little in customer service skills. However, the windows are a good quality product and look great.

Superb installation
Apart from a personal issue with the scaffolding company (not Fairview's fault) and an issue with the operation of the door handles (they work, perfectly adequately, but just not as efficiently as I would like) this was a good experience. The guys (Craig & Tony) turned up on time, worked conscientiously through the day, never took a full hour for their lunch break. Each day the dust sheets went down, every evening that came back up, all debris cleared away daily. A superb job done, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Fairview.

We had a UPVC porch door fitted by…
We had a UPVC porch door fitted by Fairview a couple of years ago. The door is really good, but it did drop a little.
I contacted them for advice. Within a day they got in touch and sent someone out to fix it.
For me this is customer service at its very best and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
A genuine first class service.
