Careful - they are notorious for limiting

So--to be clear, this is the sports bookie app, not the store w/ merchandise--Fanatics definitely earns low rating. Initially they were chill about accepting cash deposits for my sports betting, and plenty of promos to choose from.

Unfortunately, it appears their VIP promos are a trap. Britney Swedelson (has a betfanatics.com email) contacted by email, saying basically I've been chosen for VIP promos, one every Thursday. Thought why not, accepted. First week's promo was great, made some decent cash.

Second week's promo wanted at least $1k in deposit; did that, got fancash for extra bonus bets, and it seems their wicked algorithm flagged my account when did some withdrawing. Wrote email asking what is going on, Britney says limits placed on account--they lifted the max bet amount a bit--but claims the decision is by a "trading team" and cannot be disputed.

Uh uh. I totally respect needing to earn living--baiting unsuspecting customers w/ legal crud and "no you cannot dispute" is not morally acceptable. In my household, culture is stern: 100% transparency, no matter what. I attempted to negotiate with them in good faith, and not even Britney replies (have screenshot, if needed). Unprofessional, and beyond disappointing.

Whatever you do, only bet in Fanatics what you can afford to lose. Once trap like this gets you, they're dropping the kindness mask.

If Fanatics actually reaches out, negotiate with me in good faith, and does right by me, will consider editing review. Meanwhile, Novig and other bookies that *do not* limit have my business.

Unethical merchant

Unethical merchant. Website said $98, but they took out $150 from paypal. I asked for a refund 30 minutes later, was told they can't. I put in a paypal dispute, fanatics only ships one of three items and tries to tell paypal they shipped all items. I try to refuse delivery by emailing carrier and leaving a note on my door, but they use OnTrac/LaserShip that doesn't honor delivery refusals. Avoid Fanatics: avoid their incapacity to cancel orders, avoid them lying to paypal that they shipped all items, avoid their returned item fees scam, avoid their shipping carrier.

Bought a tshirt that turned out to be defective
Posted it back with the return slip provided by Fanatics via email. I have chatted online twice now and have not received a repsonse, as promised nor any refund. Do not purchase from fanatics! Money wasted.

False advertising on shipping speed, refusal to cancel order. And of course won’t arrive before the superbowl. Customer service is a joke…..

The chat is so easy!

I ordered 2 items one was delivered & the wasn’t. I checked the app & didn’t see a shipping date for the second item. Used the chat feature and found out within seconds when the second item would ship & an estimated delivery date. So easy & convenient!

Horrible quality materials

Placed an order for 2 shirts and a hat. The hat is good but the shirts are not the best quality. 1 of the shirts feels like it was made with extremely cheap materials and both shirts have sizing issues. I would return them but shipping is another $10. Last time ill be shopping with fanatics.

Beware of reviews on Fanatics.com

The service and price were good. However, the description for the hoody I bought was wrong. It called out an embroidered logo, but the hoody had a thermal transfer logo and it wasn't even yet affixed to the clothing. Poor chinese quality control if you ask me, but they did refund my purchase very quickly and easily. Fanatics.com does not allow reviews for returned item which means the are manipulating the reviews on their site to make them look more favorable.

Bought a jersey for $120.

Bought a jersey for $120.. fell apart after washing 3 times (never dried).. customer service said the jersey is now sold out.. but I could print a label and drive to a local UPS store and send it back..I asked if I could send pictures of how the numbers were peeling off the jersey and just keep it (as they could not offer replacement) and I was told I could keep the falling apart jersey and they would issue me a $30 refund.. on a $120 jersey!! Awful customer service!! All he could tell me was his name was “Cito”.. no reference number.. nothing.. even after asking multiple times.. be very careful when ordering from this company.. they do not stand behind the products they sell.. n they treat customers like crap!!!

Good product

I purchased an article of clothing. Size was accurate and material and workmanship is good. The only problem is that some pop ups on the website lead me to an outside site and charged my credit card some unauthorized charges. The problem was resolved on my cc but just be vigilant upon checkout.

They just don’t care/ BUYER BEWARE!

They just don’t care. No customer service and false price advertising. I have called and written emails. The email address they give is not monitored and comes back. The prices they list are fake. They inflate after purchase. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered two shirts from them. Pats shirts. One was great and the other was flawed. One sleeve was short. The fit was horrible. I thought I was ordering from Pats website. Instead it was their prison. Not patriots. Would not order from them again

What can I say about one of the worst…

What can I say about one of the worst experiences of my life. As far as shopping online goes. Back around Halloween of 2025 I ordered three New York Knicks shirts. In two and a half weeks I received one of the shirts. I have never received the other two. Here we are in January of 2026. I was told when I called a certain number that I would get a refund. I haven't heard anything about a refund. No email, nothing to indicate that I would be given a refund. Not only that I received a phone call from some shysters in india. They had my credit card number as well as my social security number, with my phone number as well as my debit card. They got it through the fanatics website. They wanted more information out of me so they can so call refund me through my uphold account which deals in the stock market. You guys should go out of business. Go out of business immediately. I asked your people to call me and they did not. Not only that I got nothing on my email. You guys are a disgrace. Not only that but your company is run by punks. Fast talking customer service Philistines. You robbed me of my money. I've already filed an FTC complaint. When do I get my refund or credit for another purchase? You bums!

Ne commander jamais chez eux!!! Ils envoient la mauvaise taille et puis ne répondent plus du tout au mail. Impossible de renvoyer le casque et d'obtenir un remboursement ou le casque de bonne taille! Do not ever order from that company!!! They sent the wrong size and then, won't answer any email! Impossible to get any information on how to send it back or get the right size.
