Past 5 years it feels like the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. Cant even overpay for an authentic Pats super bowl jersey! The monopoly that is Fanatics is ruining the sports apparel industry.

I ordered a shirt to wear for the Super Bowl that is occurring on February 8, 2026. I paid for expedited shipping to have that shirt delivered to me by February 6, 2026. It would make no sense for me to order a shirt to wear for the Super Bowl that wouldn’t get here until after the Super Bowl. However, after placing the order and fanatics taking my money, I get an email telling me that the shirt is not gonna be delivered until February 16, 2026. So, I called Fanatics to cancel the shirt order. I was told I could not cancel the order because it was already processing. It hasn’t shipped yet, but they wouldn’t let me cancel the order. Instead, they just refunded my expedited shipping charge and told me that I could return the shirt once it arrived, late. I asked them why do they advertise that you can pay for expedited shipping when they can’t deliver on their promise? They couldn’t answer that question obviously. The person on the the chat told me they have no control over how long it takes to get there because it’s shipped from a third-party warehouse. How can you take money from people, on your own website, for expedited shipping when you know full well that you cannot guarantee that expedited shipping date! It should be illegal and I’ve reported it to the Better Business Bureau.

Fanatics generally sucks, incredibly overpriced for the return you get. Bought a baseball jersey for well over $100 just to get cheap see through garbage. Just buy your memorabilia through some off brand alternative. Quality difference is minimal but price difference is MASSIVE

Ordered a sweatshirt. Poor quality and way too small. Tried to return. What a nightmare. The AI chat promised me a Happy Return with a QR code that was to be emailed to me. Instead I got a label that would charge me $9.99 instead. Called customer service, got told a bunch of lies, refused to allow the Happy Return. Still waiting to hear back from a supervisor as promised. NEVER AGAIN. Plenty of better options out there.

He was timely, did the job and was pleasant. However, did not clean up after himself.

The site autopopulated my old shipping address and I did not realize until it was shipped. They were completely unwilling to assist, offered no credit, no solution, nothing. Mind you I am a long term customer and the order in question was a $30 tshirt... I'm probably just going to delete my account and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a jersey from Fanatics and paid with Apple Pay, but never received an order confirmation or order number, and the payment sat in “pending” status for over a week with no product on the way. When I contacted customer support, they repeatedly demanded information I never got, then casually told me the order “probably” didn’t go through and that the charge might just drop off, leaving me stuck between Fanatics and my Apple Pay credit card with no clear resolution. A representative later claimed my email address “had an extra character” and insisted everything was fixed, but the reality is I still had a pending charge and no order, and I was advised not to reorder for fear of being charged twice. At this point I’m fine never buying from them again—Fanatics’ **communication** is confusing, their systems are sloppy, and the whole experience was stressful, time‑consuming, and completely avoidable; save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
I think what really happened is I was logged in under my account, ordered the jersey and paid with Apple Pay that had a DIFFERENT email address attached to it and the subsequent purchase. Glitch in their system I’m thinking.

I purchased into a break on Fanatics Live on December 14th and hit a 1/1 Superfractor Autograph Redemption Card from my favorite team. Needless to say, I was completely stunned and elated. Cut to now, the package was lost in the mail, I filed a USPS claim and USPS deemed the package lost. I've now opened at least three separate tickets with Fanatics Live Support and have received ZERO response, dating back to over two weeks ago. Fanatics has the ability to send alternate form of redemption, but this seems to be too much of a hassle for anyone on their support team. By doing nothing, Fanatics has assured one of two outcomes:
1. The 1/1 Superfractor Autograph will never see the light of day
2. It'll somehow get redeemed by someone who has no claim to the card.
Needless to say this has been a truly awful experience as I thought I was getting a once in a lifetime card from my favorite team, instead I'm getting complete radio silence.

I strongly recommend avoiding the All Blacks online shop (run by Fanatics Retail Group). What should have been a simple return and refund dragged on for nearly 2 months, with endless excuses, incorrect information and broken promises. Without exaggeration, this has been the worst online retail experience I have ever had. The Fanatics Retail Group are not a good merchandise partner for the mighty All Blacks. Fans deserve much better than this. If you value your time, money and sanity ... DO NOT use this company - buyer beware

Ordered an item and paid for expedited shipping, so it would arrive on time before I flew out to the AFC championship game in Denver. They notified me it wasn't going to arrive on time, contacted them to try and stop delivery, b/c I was going to be out of town for 4 days. They said I would not be responsible if it got stolen, have the transcript. Guess what, item not here, and they will do nothing. Offered to give them screenshots of my flights, game ticket etc to prove I was not home. They don't care that I paid for expedited shipping to arrive before I left town. DO NOT buy from this company, buy from Amazon or a trusted retailer who doesn't lie to you.

This should not be the official merch provider for the NFL. Everything that I am sent is consistently such low quality. Instead of getting items made to last and be worn everyday, you're shipped items that are too cheap to even sell, but because they have an nfl logo, they're able to be shilled out for $20. I will only be buying used nfl apparel from third parties until they sort out this garbage.

Do not buy from Fanatics. I was charged yet nevery recieved my package. It shows it never shipped. I have contacted Fanatics multipe times and have never recieved a refund or my jersey.
