Bad quality NFL Jerseys

I bought a Drake Maye jersey for my friend and she bought me a Baker Mayfield jersey in kind. Needless to say $140 for a screen printed hunk of shit is still a hunk of shit. Seriously, people stop giving this company your money. VOTE WITH YOUR WALLET! Also, Fanatics screens bad reviews, do not trust reviews on their website!

Constant delay in shipping

Constant delay in shipping . They tell you the product will arrive on a certain date then change it every other day. No way to talk to anyone besides a bot . Do not buy from this company!!!!. Terrible experience

Piss poor customer service

Piss poor customer service. Ordered a jersey promised to be on a specific date minutes after the NFC championship date. Called the week before the SB to see where it was as it hasn’t updated at all. They “expedited” out of the warehouse that day and was guaranteed and promised it will be in the 6th. Keep in mind I placed the order the 25th of Jan right after the NFC championship date and as advertised on the website “Get it before the Super Bowl”. Obviously not happening as expected delivery date is now the 11th since they decided to drag there ass.

Very Disappointed

I ordered a Seahawks jersey and hat, specifically with the promise of delivery by February 6th. I called three times, each time reassured it would arrive on time. Now, it’s delayed past the Super Bowl to the 9th, with no reimbursement or proactive help. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and broken promises.

BUYERS BEWARE - FANATICS IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE

My past experiences with Fanatics had always been seamless and items arrived on time and were quality. I recently purchased the Olympic Opening Ceremonies Ralph Lauren Coat that was a $2,000 item. While Ralph Lauren usually makes high quality items and I was excited about this coat - this was a disappointment. The quality was not your typical Ralph Lauren quality and certainly not worth the money spent. I returned this item on Jan 23 with a tracked UPS label and now it is Feb 6, my credit card is now accruing interest on this item because they haven't refunded my money! I have called multiple times since receiving confirmation that the item had been received back into their warehouse. Not only can I hardly understand the people answering their customer service line, I am getting the runaround - being told it is a "high value" item so it must be inspected. I've been told my refund would post within 24-48hrs of my calling them - THREE TIMES!!!!! WHERE DO I FIND SOMEONE TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND REFUND MY MONEY OTHER THAN MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY? DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!
They have clearly taken a hard left turn and are NOT the company they once were. I will NEVER purchase from their site again - and I was a loyal and frequent customer. BUYERS BEWARE

Terrible customer relations

Per recent review I received an email with promise to refund the shipping fee I paid. I responded to that email as I was instructed to when I received confirmation my return was credited. No shipping refund happened. So I just pd the small balance due to avoid late fee. I chatted online about it, not helpful. Obviously no notes in my acct of the refund. Sent screenshot of email about credit, not helpful. Acct is pd in full, get new statement showing I still owe $2 min interest (?) on a pd in full acct. Chatted again online, they have taken care of it, thank you. But lots of effort on my part to get this done and I still didn't get what I was told I would. Terrible customer relations. Terrible

I paid for expedited shipping

I paid for expedited shipping. The shipper left my package in a public area rather than at my residence. Of course the package disappeared. Fanatics did not care. Only thing they said was I had to wait 5 days to put in a claim. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. You probably won't get what you ordered timely or at all.

Terrible Communication

They make so much money but enjoy price gouging their customers. Offered discounts on shipping but when you get to check out they include it anyway. Had an order I made on January 22nd and was supposed to have it by early February. Checked back and estimated delivery date changed to late March. Just unacceptable with no reasoning or letting me know. Would expect better from a company like that.

Quality of their fabric is subpar

The quality of fanatics is not like ordering from the NFL sub par. Their quality of merchandise is not something I would buy again. Cheap material

Premium Price not Service

Ordered a autographed baseball for a gift. Delayed twice. Professional athletes and FANATICS that can't keep an agreement to sign, sad. The fan, paying a premium price for their poor business practices suffer. Oh wait! I was offered a 25% discount on my next order 🤣 for inconvenience. What do you think that discount was good for? Exactly! Nothing worth anything, Nothing you can't already get on sale. FANATICS has nice stuff, but poor customer service.

Don't order from Fanatics

I ordered a hoodie from fanatics for my son as a Christmas gift. The size was wrong so I returned it and expected the refund to go back onto my debit card. I waited a month and no refund. Called their customer service and they said a gift certificate was issued. I didn't want a gift certificate and I still don't but they said they can't change it, then they transferred me to someone who said she processed the refund to go back to original form of payment. Still no refund so i called again and was told they can't change it. That's a lie. They have to be able to cancel the gift certificate and refund my money. They stole my money. I will never order from this place again and make sure everyone knows.
