Extremely poor customer service
In the past, I have ordered from Farmae and everything was satisfactory. However, I placed an order on 04 March, received confirmation of my order and heard nothing else. On the 17th of March, I emailed to inquire about the status of my order and received an email that they would be issuing a partial refund, but no amount was given. On the 18th, they emailed me the invoice. I still have not received a refund for the items not in stock, a status update nor a tracking number. I again emailed on the 23rd and again today, but no reply. If I do not receive my order and refund by next week, I will proceed with a charge back through my bank and a complaint to the relevant authority in Italy. I am very disappointed in Farmae EU and this will definitely be my final order with them. The lack of basic customer service is appalling and there are other very good online pharmacies who will receive my business going forward.
