Extremely poor customer service

In the past, I have ordered from Farmae and everything was satisfactory. However, I placed an order on 04 March, received confirmation of my order and heard nothing else. On the 17th of March, I emailed to inquire about the status of my order and received an email that they would be issuing a partial refund, but no amount was given. On the 18th, they emailed me the invoice. I still have not received a refund for the items not in stock, a status update nor a tracking number. I again emailed on the 23rd and again today, but no reply. If I do not receive my order and refund by next week, I will proceed with a charge back through my bank and a complaint to the relevant authority in Italy. I am very disappointed in Farmae EU and this will definitely be my final order with them. The lack of basic customer service is appalling and there are other very good online pharmacies who will receive my business going forward.

I ordered the product

I ordered the product, paid for it - nothing! I regret not checking the reviews! Hopefully this store will have its license revoked! No answers for 5 days.

First purchase and never again

First purchase and never again. I tried to contact customer service several times and they do not respond. I paid for products that were not sent. This is a scam!

SCAM website - avoid any order

The website and customer service are absolutely worse ever seen. Never had such a bad experience!! I gave one star because 0 is not possible...

I ordered about 55 Euro of products, paid 10 Euro of delivery fees. All products were indicated as available and in stock. I received about 12 Euro of products, and delivery fees were still 10 Euro... Which means that for 250 g of biscuits and 75 g of snacks I had to pay over 22 Euro.

They suggested to return the parcel and it's almost impossible to agree with them on where and when to drop the box. They write back in English, Italian, German... all in the same email sequence. They give contradicting instructions and information. They don't answer the phone...

It's a total mess.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THERE.

Really bad company

Really bad company , got half of money refund, but not right , they should to send me more, and also I get product from them one bottle empty, nothing inside, other bottles everything dirty but not from broken part, but just like it was on the ground somewhere standing , and of course they ignore me

Do NOT buy from this website

Do yourself a favour and do NOT buy from this website. Selling products that are not in stock then wouldn’t give me a refund when requested. I wish I had read the reviews before buying.

I purchased Neostrata Bionic Face Cream…

I purchased Neostrata Bionic Face Cream from Farma EU on Tuesday 13 August. Later the same day I received an email from "taleagroupspa.com" saying that they couldn't source the product from their Suppliers & that they would issue me with a refund. To date I haven't received any refund.

I emailed their Customer Support twice yesterday but they haven't replied

Use anywhere else

The website is badly programmed, the search function doesn't work and the stock is not kept up to date so you can regularly "buy" items they don't have. Then when they issue a "refund" they don't give you all your money back because you used a coupon on the purchase, even though it was large purchase with plenty of other items the coupon could still apply to. When your items arrived, there's a high possibility of them being badly damage. If you try to contact their customer service they may take up to a week to respond to you, if they reply at all

For now my experience is positive

I placed three orders in total. I requested one to be cancelled and it was done. Another order arrived quickly and in full. The third order took a week for picking up and two unavailable items were successfully refunded. After the was collected it took about 3 days for delivery to the door.
So, my experience is with the shop is positive.
Good things:
- very low threshold for free shipping to the Netherlands. It is lower than many domestic companies give, despite of the fact that they deliver orders from Italy.
- good prices.

Things that could be improved:
1) the site looks suspicious, especially when looking at it after reading reviews here. All relations to farmae.it are removed, some links are unreachable, etc. In addition, farmae.it is full of integration with trustpilot, while in farmae.eu there is no such integration at all. I have no idea why it is done so.
2) links to return documents are broken. If somebody needs to return an item it will mean more problems than needed.
3) messages from customer support could come faster, but still I cannot say at all that I was ignored.

So, in short, for now I'm going to buy at farmae.eu again, at least until I face real problems with customer service.

DO NOT buy from them!

DO NOT buy from them!
I order 3 products and only received one of them. In the invoice tracking the package it said that the full three products will be delivered. I did NOT received a refund either on the 2 products I didn't received.

I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions and haven't received an answer.

I DO NOT recommend buying from this website, please avoid it at all costs.

Aweful - do not buy from here

Aweful, do not buy from here. I bought an item that I had to return. Customer service didn't reply for weeks. When they replied, the simple question of how to return the item took them 7 e-mails to just send a return address and say all costs were on me, which from aborad would have costed more than the product itself. No info about return or refund on the website,non existent assistance, super slow delivery.

fraudsters

fraudsters! change the information themselves in the buyer’s account. Changed even the name and surname of the recipient. Use fraudulent site to track parcels. The site is not synchronized with any logistics company. Three times create an order and do not send. parcel. The third order even to a false name and not my address.

Farmae.EU ordering experience

UPDATE 2: After a bit of struggle, I received my order today. The products are delivered by DPD (shipped from BRT - their partner in Italy). They were packed properly with sufficient padding etc. in a nice new year package. It looks like the webshop is indeed affiliated with Farmae.it, part of the Italian Talea Group. I am keeping my original email below in case other shoppers came across this site and are reluctant to order, or after ordering get suspicious like me. Unfortunately there are so many scammers around the web and some signs were definitely alerting. I am happy that me order has arrived on time and I want to thank Farmae.eu, but I want to suggest them three improvements for better customer experience: 1. Please respond to customers emails and calls. 2. Please send the correct tracking number to the customer (the first one I got was invalid and it was updated in the second shipping update. 3. Please register the address correctly, despite I informed you two times, the address on the shipping label was still incorrect, but thankfully DPD was able to bring it to my door.

UPDATE 1: After I sent them a cancellation notification, they sent me a shipping notice which includes an invalid tracking number. They claim to ship all packages via DHL but this track & trace is not known to any carrier.

I ordered from this webshop and the order is still in processing. Their phone numbers are not reachable. Emails not answered. I checked the domain registration and the site owner is not known. The actual Farmae.IT website domain registration has full details and I think this website (Farmae.EU) has been recently created by a scammer and pretending to be the EU version of Farmae Italy. Because if you visit Farmae.it, there is absolutely no link to the EU/ES/DE/FR websites! I am starting a dispute process via my bank on the credit card payment now.
