LOCK THEM UP

LOCK THEM UP! I purchased an item on their website and 3 days later a direct debit of 44 pounds was taken from my bank acccount. It turns out that Farmasoler upon taking my payment details for the item i purchased, then passed those details on to their sister company Bauer Consumer Med as a subscription request. This is fraudulent behaviour!. My bank has cancelled the subscription and will be taking back the 44 pounds you stole from my bank account in the guise of a 'direct debit'. Never purchase anything from this company and if you have, check your bank statements for direct debit payments going to Bauer Consumer Med!

Seeling products of bad quality

have very bad experience with FarmaSoler that is not accepting a reclamation of a product in a value of 56 euros.

I ordered nicotine patches 2 weeks ago and the same day the product arrived, I got in contact with them because the product was not adequate for usage due to bad quality of sticker.

I have provided photos, description and explanation numerous times and was willing to send the product back.

Since then I am writing almost every day and they still havent enabled me to return the product and receive the refund claiming that the policy of the company is that the medicine cant be returned. However, I am not returning the product because I have changed my mind, I am want to return it because its faulty and cant be used. Buying online, a customer should have a full right to reclaim the product and ask for its refund, especially if the customer supported the claim with photos which I did in my case.

This is a clear robbery and should be a warning for future customers.

I am definitely not giving up from this claim and will pursue it further. And i do recommend you buy from another pharmacy that will at least stand behind the products they sell.
