If a zero rating were possible, even that would be generous.
This is what you can expect from this company:
1. Rude and dismissive customer service staff — when they can be bothered to answer the phone at all.
2. Persistent harassment to purchase more medication, including daily phone calls, daily text messages, and daily emails.
This company should not be allowed anywhere near prescription medication under any circumstances.
There are countless reputable online pharmacies available. I strongly recommend choosing any provider that treats patients with basic dignity and respects their privacy — Farmeci does neither.
