Order cancelled for no reason
I place an order for munjaro and was requested further info. I send the info as requested then I was told I have gall bladder remove therefore my order will be cancelled. This is not the case and i request where there information came from? I did not received a reply, this left me really upset and confused. I have been waiting for this order over a week now then to be told of a medical condition that I never had was quite upsetting. Worst company ever.

Conned into having an order I no longer needed
Your pharmacy advised that they’d have to verify my identity( ie being male) in order to get minoxidil and I knew that I would fail as I’m female. After this email I bought it elsewhere. Then your pharmacy sent me another email saying the order has been accepted. I told you I no longer needed it and wanted a refund. You sent me another email to say a refund was not possible as the order has been dispatched despite my request to cancel it. After receiving the order your pharmacy told me a refund was no longer possible as it had been received. You conned me into accepting an order I no longer needed

We have reviewed your order and would like to clarify the situation.
The medication, which was ordered using another person's details, was subsequently approved by our clinicians following appropriate clinical review.
As with all prescriptions, approval is based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Once a prescription has been clinically approved and the medication supplied, the order is considered fulfilled.
We note that there was a brief delay while additional verification was requested. However, the order was not declined and was ultimately approved and dispensed in line with our clinical and prescribing policies.
Choosing to obtain the medication elsewhere during this process does not invalidate the approved prescription or make the original order refundable.
With regard to your concern about the medication being prescribed for a male, the prescription was issued based on the patient's details under which the order was placed. Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of those details rests with the person submitting the order. There has been no breach of prescribing regulations on our part.
For these reasons, we are unable to offer a refund in this case. Our actions were fully compliant with our terms and conditions and with relevant regulatory standards.
