A good experience

Fast delivery and good communication. My only criticism would be to use a box to package products because the items box was a bit crushed, luckily the actual product was Okay. I would definitely use this company again if I can find another discount code.

Slow service

Placed an order with farmeci 4 days ago. I ordered my prescription early thinking it would allow extra time for it to arrive. I’m no further forward than I was when I ordered. I’m still waiting for my order to be reviewed my a clinician. The clinician has contacted me via chat and spoke to me regarding my request. I have always been quick to respond but I do not receive this on the other end. I contacted their support team this morning and I was told that they would chase this up for me. I’m very disappointed! The money is quick enough to come out your bank, but the process on their side is slow. I’m now worried that I am going to be late in receiving my next dose of medication. I have been on this medication previously, therefore I don’t understand the hold up…
