I have bought 10 plants from this company and I'm extremely impressed not only with the quality of their stock, but the speed of their shipping and their amazing customer service! I recently had to claim the 1 year Alive and Thrive guarantee for the first time but they stood behind their guarantee and the replacements they sent are beautiful! Highly Recommend!!

I can't believe they are ratting here so slowly!
My experience was amazing!
This happens to me:
1. Got a tree in very poor condition.
2. Sent an email with 2 pictures, got an answer in less than 4 hours on the 4th of July weekend.
3. I got a new tree, no questions asked, just amazing customer service.

The three Blue Arrow Junipers that I ordered arrived carefully wrapped and contained in appropriate burlap, plastic, and cardboard boxes. Although they looked tired from the journey out to Colorado, I was reassured by the customer support team that they would bounce back given some time and care. More importantly, when I requested verification that the trees I received were indeed "Blue Arrow Junipers," the Support Team carefully analyzed photos I sent, verified the specific type of juniper, and replied with ample information with respect to planting them, caring for them, and encouraging them to thrive!
A 5-Star, A+ rating is deserved!

Terrible company. Can't keep their promises, can't provide decent customer service.
I ordered a tree and the shipment was pushed back. Disappointing, but fine. When the tree finally shipped, a month late--and because of the delivery partner--it spent a WEEK on a delivery truck but never got delivered.
The first time I called customer service to ask about why the tree was in (local) transit for a week, without delivery, HE HUNG UP ON ME, intentionally.
This entire operation is, no pun intended, shady as hell. Especially since their website shows nothing but 5-star reviews, and only once you're on Trust Pilot do you see the truth.

Would not recommend.. placed an order on 7/9 with the 30% promo. Went to check out and the 30% disappeared. Had to get that fixed.. then I paid for expedited shipping to be delivered today 7/13 and they haven’t even sent it out yet.. canceled the order.

First time with this company i ordered a persimmon tree in March. Within the next 8 weeks the cost of the tree was already deducted from my account. I still have not gotten a delivery , only promises.I was told it was a pre order item and delivery would be sometime in May
Called again and a 10 percent was credited because of the delay. It is now July , one messages saying order is being processed for delivery on 7/16.I called to inform them I will be away on 7/18 and will not be responsible for a delivery at that time.
Will I ever get this tree ??? So very dissatisfied.

Not a very trustworthy company. We ordered 5 of Autumn Royalty Encore Azaleas and 5 of hydrangeas . When they were delivered to my house all broken branches and very dry leaves. We called them and they said wait for a couple weeks and then we can discuss to replace them but the store will not refund.
Very very bad customer service and will not buy anything from them or recommend to others.

The trees were delivered a week earlier than expected and I had to scramble to get the locations prepared for planting. I ordered a Lapins Cherry and a Moorpark Apricot. The apricot tree is fine and healthy for the most part. It was the smaller of the two trees. The cherry tree was too tall for the box so someone decided to bend all the upper branches and shipped it that way. Many leaves on the cherry tree had holes that resembled some sort of bug infestation. The cherry tree has been in severe shock since it arrived about three weeks ago and the upper branches are all still leaning in one direction. I did an online chat with a bot and then later received an email from someone at the company. I’m not happy with this company and I won’t purchase from them again. Next time I want a tree I’ll visit my local nursery.
UPDATE: I received an email from someone at Fast Growing Trees stating they were shipping me a new tree and that I would receive an email confirming shipment from their facility. I responded as soon as I saw the email advising them not to send me another tree. Although my tree looks sickly I’ve been trying to nurse it into a happy existence. Surprise, a new tree landed on my porch this morning. Ì didn’t receive a shipping email. The communication with this company is lacking. Why didn’t someone contact me and ask if I wanted a new tree? I would have said “no”. I called their company this morning and told them what I just outlined here and they don’t do returns so now my neighbor will take the tree because I don’t have space for it. FYI: This cherry tree was also bent at the top bending the upper branches during shipment. What a way to treat a tree during a shipment process. Pathetic! Never again.

I ordered a dozen or so plants. They were packed in wrapped bags around the pots so the soil couldn't escape but they looked like they were thrown in a box. The box showed up with plants damaged, all disheveled and some died shortly after planting them.
Called customer service, they agreed to replace a couple of plants but they were not in stock so my options were a store credit (not credit back to my card) or wait for plants to be available again. Note: I was told I would also be responsible for covering any new shipping charges.
I won't be ordering anymore plants from Fast Growing Trees. I have this credit I need to figure out what to do with. Sigh..

Great customer support team, helpful to reaffirm that I’m doing the right things for my Gem avocado trees to thrive in southern Indiana!

I ordered a peach tree and have not received it yet. It is still sitting in Fed Ex warehouse. Four times they said they were going to deliver the tree. Call customer service twice ,they call FedEx. They said it would definitely be delivered the next day, it did not. Call customer service and asked for a refund and they said yes, because it should of already been delivered. Today 7/11/26 Fed Ex said they would deliver, and once again it didn't show. I would like order plants from you, but if you are going to continue using Fed Ex you won't have my business. Thank you

When they charge you -- you've lost any redress. Replacement is the only option thereafter. Had great luck for 2025 and the first half of 2026. They try to send multiple plants in long slender boxes which get tossed about with UPS, FedEx, OnTrac. I received two broken cherry trees because the boxes wear heavy collapsing in the center breaking the trunks. Most plants arrive with dry dirt tossed out of the pots. FGT expects you to rehab them. I have received two dead lavender plants (original order then replacement order). My request for credit card refund has gone unanswered. Two Salvia's received yesterday-- dry dirt out the pots with plants sitting at 30% life. My recommendation: use Native Gardners or buy local. FGT -- you are fired!

Our tree was well packaged this time. It was a replacement for one that we received. That was a broken tree. Their customer service group is excellent.

I ordered 3 trees, 2 came broken. Both replacement trees that were shipped (quickly, good customer service) were also broken. So out of 5 trees they sent me, only 1 was viable to put in the ground. Such a sad waste and I'm trying to salvage the best I can! Figure out your logistics, FGT. What a joke.

I had a problem with the condition of a delivery but it was taken care of by customer service very much to my satisfaction

Go somewhere else this company likes to scam people. They tell you that you get a 60 day guarantee yet when you complain about the condition of the tree at delivery, they tell you to wait a while because the trees are in shock. So I waited after I complained initially, then they got back to me and said no they won’t be giving me a refund because it’s been over 60 days since the purchase, even though I tried immediately to get refunds for these trees.
I’ll be waiting a BBB review and also disputing with my bank. Huge scam. Avoid them at all costs.

After an unfortunate delivery and my resulting review describing the issues, I received, free of charge, 4 beautifully packed May Salvia plants today. The specimens were of excellent quality and superbly packed with care and expertise. I appreciate the quick response to my prior review and the effort to make the situation correct. Thank you, most sincerely. Candace Beck.

The initial order arrived wilted and dead. The delivery person stepped from the public sidewalk onto my drive and tossed the box onto the front lawn. I filed a customer complaint with the company asking for a refund. They shipped a replacement instead. That was 10 days ago and the replacement has not arrived.
Stay away from this company. Their customer service is horrible and their products are as well.
