None of the plants measured up to the size advertised. Some plants came visibly damaged, not from shipping, but older wounds from the nursery. Every other plant died in a month. The only positive... See more

Fast growing trees sent a knock out rose tree that I received as a gift a month too early for my zone.
I tried to keep the plant going through multiple freezes but it was too early for the plant. It is currently completely defoliated and looking horrible.
I am a very experienced gardener. When companies offer guarantees I expect them to be honored.
Fast growing trees refused a replacement and told me to nurse the plant back to health.
Clearly they don’t honor their guarantee even when the condition of the tree is a direct result of THEIR error.
Steer clear of this company. They didn’t provide a quality product and their customer service is horrible.
Don’t waste your time and money shopping this site.

Had a horrible experience as a first time buyer. Quality of both the Hosta and Hydrangea plants I purchased, Hydrangea plants actually had black mold on the leaves. Terrible packaging which resulted in damaged plants. Nonresponsive customer support.

My area experienced a severe weather event that resulted in failure for my newly planted trees.
Fast Growing Trees support team thoroughly evaluated the situation after I reported it. They then honored their warranty and are replacing the trees. I am happy to pay the shipping cost for the replacement.
My compléments to their help for my situation. This was clearly an unfortunate weather event, the trees themselves arrived healthy and in great condition.

All of my plants and tree died. All of my fruit bushes lasted anywhere from 3 months to 6 months before they died. Had a year warranty but thought they would come back the next year like most of my plants do these unfortunately did not. My grafted apple tree also died right where it was grafted did the same thing and waited for spring to see if it would come back. The tree only started growing from the ground and root system and not the parts that were grafted to have 4 separate apple types. DONT DO WHAT I DID AND WAIT! They now said it’s past warranty and I get no replacements. If it starts turning brown or I twig dies call and tell them so you can get your replacement instead of making sure it’s dead. All 3 plants and tree have died and I’m out hundreds of dollars because I didn’t say something sooner!

This is a 4 star review for a 1 star experience. All 4 stars are for the customer support team. They dealt with me courteously and professionally and gave me a complete refund for the poor and damaged products that they sell.
Upon purchase I was given dates that the plants would arrive. They did not show up on that date. Instead they arrived randomly throughout a two month period. Always damaged and often much smaller than what was purchased.
Don't deal with this company. But know if you are foolish enough to do so, that their customer support is A number 1

I’ve ordered three separate times, and it’s my own fault but each time their plants have been a massive disappointment.
Ordered some boxwoods a couple years ago, and they arrived healthy, but much smaller than anticipated. Okay, I’ll live with it.
Last year ordered a 7 gallon red maple to replace one I got at Lowe’s for 75% off due to its poor condition. It didn’t make it, but the other did so I needed a replacement. The 7 gallon red maple I got from Fast Growing Trees was several feet short and about 1/3 the thickness of the 7 gallon ones from Lowe’s…and about $25 more expensive.
This year ordered several 3 gallon bushes from another nursery, but they ran out of stock. Ordered one more 3 gallon from Fast Growing Trees and my God…it’s half the size and looked ill. Within two months it’s dead. They’re sending a replacement, but I gotta pay shipping. The others I planted are thriving.
AVOID Fast Growing Trees!

4 strawberry plants out of 4 wilted the first day and died. Tried to get them replaced with the 3 year guarantee and after fighting a bot for an hour a person came on and started the same battle. I submitted a claim and never got a response. Now they want me to submit another claim.
Update: Called and the Gentleman on the phone was very helpful and processed 3 warranties for me. I have bought 21 plants an or tress from them this year

In April I order a Cocktail Fruit Tree I paid extra for the 5/6 foot tree total cost was almost $300. I got the tree 2 weeks later followed the planting instructions and waited. As of today, the tree is still 100% bear, no leaves, no buds nothing. After contacting customer support several times, they say that because the scratch test shows green in the main trunk it tree is just dormant, even though all the branches have dried out and are brittle. They refuse to acknowledge the tree is DEAD.

This was the first growing season I decided to purchase from Fast Growing Trees, due to the selection of varied plants and bushes, that I am unable to find locally. With so many other great reviews and buyers, I decided to take a chance. I have recently placed my 4th order within the past 3 months, and have been completely satisfied every time with delivery, quality of bushes and plants, and great customer satisfaction. I am absolutely delighted to have found such a wonderful place that has so much to offer!

Received scrawny half dead Thula twigs. 20 of them. When 4 died I tried to get replacements under the guarantee and they wanted a plethora of information and detailed photos of DEAD twigs. Extremely rigid and totally unnecessary process. DO NOT BUY HERE.

I am very unhappy with thier service. I ordered a Haas Avacodo on May 19th and was told that I would receive my tree in Mid May. When I called a couple weeks later, with no notification from Fast-Growing Trees. I was told that I should get it the first week of June. No notice again, but thier website was updated to week of June 19th. Just called 6.23.26 and was told it was not available but offered a smaller tree. I was not interested in a smaller tree but asked if I could get a larger at no additinal cost. Was told no but offered a smaller tree again. I asked to speak with a supervisor, not available, will call me later. Ii can't really be delayed any longer as I am going to be traveling and prefer to get the tree in and settled in a few weeks before I leave for a couple months. I am pretty disgusted with thier service and I just cancelled it altogether. I bought a local one and it will be here 6/29.

My $140 Red Oak tree arrived with brown leaves. The landscaper doing the project said it’s headed for the trash. He won’t plant it. The company says it’s just fine. Would you want to plant a dead tree in your brand new landscape? No, no one would. They get 1 star!

I ordered three hydrangea trees from Fast Growing Trees. My city has multiple micro climates which makes it challenging to pinpoint a certain type of tree that will thrive in my neighborhood. The other challenge I was up against was me being the typical guy thinking you put the tree in dirt, give it some water and boom, you got a nice looking tree. That didn’t happen. All three trees didn’t survive. I reached out to them and they honored their commitment to replace them. With the help of Chat GPT the replacements thrived except one. I was more educated on how to care for them, so it was my fault but the trees struggled. I reached out to the company about the one replacement that didn’t make it and they offered a replacement with a substantial discount. They didn’t have to do that. I do appreciate that level of commitment to their customers and I will continue to be a customer because of their customer service. I would have given the 5th star if there was more detailed information on how to care for them after planting and maybe some recommendations on specific products that would help the trees thrive better. I only suggest that because this was my first time buying trees at my new home and could have used the help. Other than that, the company does honor their commitment to their customers.

Fast growing trees sent atree that had some problems but I got a replacement tree in perfect condition with no problems and received extremely fast .I'll be ordering from them in the future !

I ordered twice. The first time they marked the order delivered but it never showed up. When I contacted them they said the order had actually been damaged in transit and would not be showing up. They offered me a credit which I agreed to. I ordered with the credit and again, the order never showed up. One small part of my $150 order arrived, but was delivered to a neighbor. I called to just get a full refund and they never processed it. Ended up having to dispute it with my credit card.

I was concerned one of my plants was dying and they told me exactly what to do to get it back to health.

Immediate attention was paid to my question of care, it is the third tree I bought from there, and this one I have needed advice on pruning. They answered immediately and continue to check in. I definitely feel they care.

Poorly packaged, damaged broken trees/plants, incomplete order, customer service promises unfulfilled.
