Very quick to arrive at my property just over an hour after my call for assistance. The plumber was very professional and did the job in quick time and no lacking in his attention. He explained everything he did and put it on my invoice - which was very helpful. I have used this service previously hence the reason why I used them again.

The service I received from Fast Response Plumbers was five star. They were helpful and understanding on the phone and the plumber who came, Jay, was both personable and professional. He took time to analyse the leakage problem (left by a plumber from another company the day before) and he found a solution. This company is really good, I had a serious blockage that had never fully been cleared. The council had come several times over the years and it always came back because they never used the right equipment. They managed to clear 15 years worth of fat build up in just one visit. The gentleman that came was professional, polite and hardworking. I'm very happy with their service.

Superb service from start to finish. I was frazzled from poor sleep and having had no resolution from Worcester Bosch earlier today. My engineer was skilled and resolved the problem. I am relieved and am off to have a hot Bath.

I was very impressed with the service you gave from the word go, your engineers were exceptional and certainly carried out the work with great precision and professionalism. After having Corgi service the boiler the day before, their engineer did not pump up the pressure vessel during the service which was flat. Your engineer pumped up the pressure. I will certainly use your company again and recommend you to others. Your response was fantastic from start too finish. Thank You

Just read some of the reviews for this company and am shocked how many good reviews they had! I wish that had been my experience, rang them at 10.00am in the morning as I had no hot water, they turned up at 2.45, not such a fast response! It turned out I needed a new programmer for my immersion heater which they had to go and collect, they were gone well over an hour, of course as I'm paying by the half hour what's the rush!! I was told the cost of the part was £142.00, I have since looked online and the most expensive I have seen the same part is £100.00 I foolishly didn't ask for the invoice for this. They did replace the timer and I did get hot water but to the cost of £513.60. Just over £185.00 per hour that's with VAT added which I wasn't told about. I am a pensioner and still reeling at the cost, I have since been told by a professional that it should have cost around £200 including the part. Extortionate rates by this company please do not use them they will empty your pockets!!

I would like to update my review…Rob from Fast Response got back to me first thing Monday morning and was very apologetic about the amount I was charged. He agreed to refund me for an hour’s work which I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. He has also kept in touch to make sure I am happy with everything which is much appreciated.
I am now happy with the outcome.

Excellent service. Friendly, quick and really helpful. Also looked in the loo and replaced a part and tightened my toilet seat. Very pleased. Excellent customer service and very professional. I will be recommending. Thank you!

Paul did a very good job and was successful in finding where the leak was and remedying it

Not only was he an hour late I was charged £60 for a call out and another further £96 on top of that just to be told I need a new boiler. £156!!! No actual work done, he was there for 10 minutes max. Told I would get a quote for the work in the morning or the next day and have heard nothing since.

Poor service would not recommend.

Excellent, we had another emergency plumber cancel on us and found these group, who were fantastic. On time, friendly, neat, and all-around fantastic. Great that WhatRemovals recommend this service.

I have used FRP a couple of times to fix various issues with my parent's heating and drainage. I live in Ireland so am not able to be there in person.
I called and arranged a visit for the same day and was kept up to date with an arrival time. My parents are both disabled and can be very nervous with strangers.
The engineer managed to fix the issue both times and also treated my parents with kindness and respect putting them both at ease. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The service I received from Fast Response Plumbers was second to none. I called around on the day my heating stopped working and was unable to get any appointments as all local plumbers were fully booked.
When I called these guys I was met with a kind and helpful phone etiquette and a plumber was with me that very evening who arrived within minutes of the time window I was given, offering a professional and quick diagnosis of the problem.
Unfortunately it wasn’t a simple fix and the whole system had to be changed from an extremely old tank to a new combi boiler which was a very complicated job. Never the less the plumber worked tirelessly hard for 2 days straight to ensure the new system was up and running as soon as possible.
They were extremely accommodating to my work schedule and stayed in regular communication throughout the day to keep me updated.
Not only did they provide a warm, professional service but also left my home clean and tidy! It was by no means a cheap job but money well spent considering the job was done in such a friendly and officiant manor from start to finish.
Massive shout out to J and the team. My highest recommendation’s goes out to Fast Response Plumbers. Many thanks.

I paid £238 for them to fix a leak in my toilet. They replaced a part, the toilet stopped leaking for about 12 hours, then it started leaking again. They sent another plumber to fix it again, this time at no cost for me, and the second plumber just took out the syphon, cleaned it a bit and put it back in, telling me "maybe this will fix the problem, but if it doesn't, then you'll need to replace the syphon. In that case, you're looking at 4 or 5 hours of work, it'll be a complicated and expensive job."
At their hourly rate, I could never afford a 4- or 5-hours job, so I got smart and called a different plumber, who replaced my syphon in TWENTY MINUTES and charged me a grand total of £132 (labour + materials, VAT included).
Overall, I recommend you steer clear of Fast Response Plumbers unless you have too much money you don't know how to spend, and you don't really care about your problem getting fixed.

Excellent service, this company has its act together, from the first phone call to the job completion. Polite, well-informed, skilled and fast. There is no way I would use another company.
