Poor service.

I booked a shipment of clothes 196 kgs
for Akhuwat Clothes Bank, Lahore, a charity, on 1st October 2025. They regularly send monthly WhatsApp messages informing that next container is leaving on 5th/ 15th or 25th of the month.The persons who came to pick up stuff verbally confirmed that the shipment will leave on 5th October 25.
I contacted them in early December and I was told that the shipment is in process of custom clearance, on my my insistence they sent a WhatsApp message too. On follow up later I was assured that the shipment will be delivered by end December. I contacted them on 24th/29th and 30th December they are giving contradictory information. First I was told it is in delivery loop, on my request to confirm it in writing change the statement that the shipment is still with customs. They refuse to confirm it in writing.
Though delivery period printed on invoice is 6 to 8 weeks, write 12 weeks at the time of booking. I tried to understand reason for extending delivery time, all I can guess could be one of following.
Pakistan has relocated next to Australia, hence longer sailing time.
Though they announce three dates every month but container is despatched once they have full container load which is uncertain.
Their reviews have plenty of complaints, a police case case too, on missing articles. They take their own sweet time to search the shipments for cherry picking.
Going through the reviews I noticed that either the reviews are bitter complaints with one star or five stars, nothing in between, often five stars with out any qualifying remark. Only one lady has posted remark that her shipment was booked in early February and delivered in June with nothing missing, she has given 5 stars for it.
In my opinion Fast Cargo professional responsibilities, customer care, efforts ends with receiving their charges, then it is only luck in safely receiving your shipment with indefinite delays.

Such pathetic service

Such pathetic service. They take items from my bag delivered it after 4 months and a lot of items are missing and they said you contact us on WhatsApp let us know about your issue and we will resolve it and after that they didn’t respond. I try to reach multiple times. Less than -1 star from my side. Fraudulent!!!

If there was less than one star I…

If there was less than one star I would’ve selected that for this company. I have used them twice for shipping and delivery from Qatar to Canada. The first time was a couple of years ago and it was fine. Since that experience was good I went to them for a second time when I moved out of Qatar. This was in June 2025 and I am still waiting to receive my goods. It is sitting in a warehouse in Toronto but they cannot be delivered because FDC have not made payments to their partner company in Dubai. There are 8 customers including myself and probably many more, in the same position. It has been over 2 months. We have made complaints to the Ministry of Commerce and tried reaching out to FDC multiple times nearly every day and they don’t respond.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Worst experience


I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, and they simply do not respond. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. It’s truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and look for another company that actually values and supports its customers.

I booked a shipment on 22nd December

I booked a shipment on 22nd December, 24 for Lahore. Started checking about delivery from early March, 25. Was given three dates of container arriving at Karachi. Shipment was delivered after 20 weeks on 9th May, 24 in tempered condition. Shipments are held for months till container is filled.
They have no logistics planning, tracking
service or client service. Will never use them again.

Cargo Missing

I paid for the cargo on 25-01-2025 and was promised to 6-8 weeks but still no news. I have been following till this date they keep saying this or next week it will be delivered. not recommended at all.

DO NOT USE THEM !! THEY ARE A SCAM !!

What went wrong ?
To begin with, this ridiculous company has such bad customer service.
When you want to send things with them, they’re all helpful and nice. The moment you start contacting them to find out the status of the shipment, they act so rude.

How can this company improve ?
These liars can never improve.
This is my second worst experience with them where they have stolen so many of my things from the parcels. And they don’t even compensate you.
Don’t know what was I thinking that I chose to use their service again.

I SAY THIS VERY HONESTLY & SINCERELY THAT PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM ! THEY ALWAYS END UP STEALING YOUR STUFF.

Bad Customer service with items missing from the parcel.

Bad customer service, sent a parcel on 10th january, delivered on 22nd april. first of all parcel was delivered after 14 weeks and on top 4 items were missing from the parcel. I contacted office but all i get was "OK, i will report it" and nothing happened, not even an apology.

Fast Cargo bad service … thief

Unfortunately, Fast Cargo took my luggage on time from my home, but it took ages for them to deliver, and half of the expensive branded clothing items were stolen. The staff have such attitudes and don't listen to complaints. The person who committed this theft should be punished by God. I will never forgive them. Bad customer service extremely disappointed 😢

Bad service ever

Bad service ever, I use this service on the 15th of January and now its mid of April, they cannot deliver my goods to my address even though it is at the destination city. Staff hold bad attitude here in Manchester and back in karachi pakistan, they have no manners of how to communicate with customers. I will never RECOMMEND this services to anyone.

Please Please friends AVOID this company.Your stuff goes missing from your parcel bags. Rang the head office about it, and he completely denied it and said it never happens. Just look at these very bad reviews. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. YOUR GOODS GO MISSING!

THIEVES IN PLAIN SIGHT. THEY ROBBED ME AND SHOWED NO REMORSE!!!!

I booked my parcel through CARDIFF TRAVELZ on Clare road in grangetown (biggest regret), as FAST CARGO SERVICES Ltd arrange to collect cargo orders from them on a regular basis. The letter 'Z' in Travelz feels like they prefer to sleep instead of paying attention to customer queries and complaints, even though they were quick to take take my money. The parcel which I entrusted these companies to deliver in Pakistan while I was still there resulted in me receiving less than 50% of my total parcel weight, which means I am out of pocket by approximately £600.00!!! both companies don't care. They have done nothing! to get this matter resolved. If I could give less than one star I would. Please don't give your items to thieves thinking they are honest because they aren't. I hope they get punished for the evil they have shown. Please avoid using these companies at all cost.

Please Avoid using their services.
Very unprofessional and pathetic, staff is very rude and they will always rush you and will not listen to you at all.
They will try to charge your for extra sacks.
The sacks will always be delivered late in around 10 weeks time.
Please Avoid.

Our items were missing

My relative sent two sacks from london to pakistan. One their arrival i sent photo to my relative and he said one sack was considerably smaller than when he booked it.

We tallied the items of sack and found our items were missing. Upon inquiry in london office they simply said they have no idea whatsoever and only pack stuff. We inquired from Pakistan office and their reply was we only deliver.

This is such a pathetic service. Our items went missing and they had no idea. Would not recommend using this service

Very unprofessional, disappointing service- PLEASE AVOID

Poor service, booked an item in early March, delivery was made after 10 weeks and yet a box missing from the items, and the items delivered were mishandled with torn boxes. Its now been 4 months and yet no sign of missing item. Despite contacting the Fast Cargo office in London and Islamabad I have had no update on the status of the missing box. I will strongly advise not to use Fast cargo service due to lack of commitment and professionalism. No one bothers to reply back. I am very disappointed.
PLEASE USE OTHER SERVICES DON'T GET DISTRACTED BY A SLIGHT LOWER PRICE.
