The best customer service!

Charisa helped to solve the technical issue: to archive old files and transfer the new website to the original one. I tried it myself first, but as I am not techy, I wasn't able to do it.

Great long-running partnership

Great long-running partnership. I've been a client for several years now and they have always treated me well. Servers are stable and support is always helpful, friendly, and happy to help. I'm on a mid-tier shared hosting plan which currently hosts 5 low-traffic websites. Their cPanel has all the features I want and need, and the backup-system they use works great.

I have to agree with other recent…

I have to agree with other recent reviews. We have been Fastcomet customers for years and have always praised them for excellent products and customer service but the recent customer support has been very, very bad. We've had huge price rises without warning, delays in response and now multiple invoices for the same service. I'm not sure what's happened but we're clearly not alone. We no longer recommend them to our clients.

Excellent technical support—fast diagnosis and fix!

I was experiencing a critical "500 Internal Server Error" on my product pages that I couldn't figure out. Simeon investigated the issue immediately and pinpointed a specific syntax error (a trailing comma) in one of my PHP files. He didn't just fix it; he explained exactly what went wrong.
