I had an extremely bad experience with this locksmith. I was charged £1300 for barely 20 minutes of work, which is completely unreasonable and feels like a total rip-off.
There was no clear explanation of the price beforehand, and I only found out the final cost once the job was already done. I felt pressured to pay and taken advantage of in a stressful situation.
This kind of pricing is not transparent, not fair, and not professional. I would strongly advise others to be very careful and get a clear written quote before agreeing to anything — or better yet, avoid this service altogether
