Superior customer service than the big vendors.
The level of customer service was astoundingly excellent. As was their knowledge of associated supply and shipping details. A small shop that's aware of it and capitalizes on it to be more flexible and accommodating to the customer's needs than large corporations can or will ever do.

Poor ownership
I guess one of the owners of this company is making so much money she did not need me as a client.
I called for an estimate and because at this time I was unable to send the request via email she decided to hang up on me. I called back to let them know that the person I was speaking to hung up on me and I was told it was the owner. Sadly for this company the over $75k monthly sale will be going elsewhere.
