Great service, but bad packing
Great prices for Simpson Strong-Tie foundation epoxies and tool, extremely fast service, but the box that the epoxies were shipped in looked like a bird sh-t explosion happened inside after one of the ETR epoxy paste containers broke and spread white goo everywhere. Apparently one sheet of crumpled Kraft paper isn't enough padding for these containers...

Overall great experience. The electrical cord reel they sent me was defective. I put in a claim and a new one was sent. I’d buy there again. Thank you for a great experience.

Genuinely Satisfied
Customer Satisfaction is not the result of a company to meet expectations, is the result of what happens when a company fails to meet expectations and what they do to correct it. We had a glitch in my order. I called the company and the gentleman that I spoke with apologized for the mix-up and corrected the issue in the first and only phone call.
