Seamless

Seamless, fast shipping. Would be nice to have a tracking number, but the items showed up very quickly after being shipped.

Order #105374

The order was shipped and recieved promptly but filled incorrectly. we received the requested quantity of AST-075-0220G pins which are 2 inches long.
We had requested 5 boxes of AST-075-0150G pins which are 1-1/2 inches long. We only received 3 boxes of this item. The other 2 were a heavier gage nail and 2-1/2" long (AST-100-0250G) which our tool will not shoot.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Even though we didn’t find out that the part was manufactured with the wrong part until I registered it. They made it right with no questions. Every time I called, whomever I talked to treated me as a valuable customer. Thanks
