The company makes things simple

The company makes things simple. I'd ordered stickers earlier this year and wanted larger ones. They got back to me swiftly following my enquiry and we spoke on the phone to arrange what I wanted. Delivery was then very swift.

I'll never use anyone else again!

I have nothing but praise for the entire procedure and for the design team's communication, explanation and help to perfect my labels to how I envisioned them to be. Literally the easiest, fastest online team/process/design method I've used in the past 10 years, and that includes personal friends doing jobs for me that end up taking forever to complete because they know I won't complain...will definitely be promoting and recommending you guys all over my social media once I receive the labels and launch my new look branding. I'm so excited to see them now and get the next items on my to-do list ordered!

This company can not be trusted

This company can not be trusted, it was a complete nightmare to order and deal with the different communications, and the final result was not what it was expected. It gave me a lot of trouble, stress and I will never order again from this company. Horrible service.

Absolutely thrilled with my order

Absolutely thrilled with my order. Not very often you receive personalised items quickly and they’re still high quality! This company provided both. Customer service is second to none and they’re willing to help and make sure your art/images are perfect before sending out to you. Before shopping about I was looking on a different site ‘E***’ who was charging £50 for 40 labels and Fast Print charged only £48 (including delivery) for 150!!
Many thanks to Joel who provided top notch customer service and support! Will be a returning customer from now on.

Got there in the end!

Had some issues with my initial order which were not really address in a helpful manner. I left a review here and was contacted by customer service who then made every effort to work with me and produce the stickers as desired. So I'll chalk the initial experience up to misfortune with the advisor I spoke to initially, all said and done with the additional help I now have a high quality product which looks great and we will be re-ordering them in future.
