Ordered some prints as a sample proof, didn't really care how good they were, just wanted FAST DELIVERY
Well, I kept getting asked questions about size, resolution etc, I kept on replying just print them, I need them asap, I even replied to their last stupid question twice indicating just send them!!! and now with time running out, they ring me up and want an extra £10 to get it to me by my deadline. They have had 8 days from order and as far as I am concerned they should be offering me a refund, they wont be getting any business from me, and they can poke prints.
Since reviewing, FastPrint have been in touch many times, and I would like to say that if they were as proactive in asking for another chance as they were in process controlling my order, I would not be writing the review in the first place. However it still remains that I didnt get my order when all I wanted was a quick and dirty proof! BUT hats off to them for chasing and eventually giving me a full refund.
Because of this, I would give them 5* for the refund and 1* for not getting on with it in the first place! So meeting in the middle on this one with an update to 3*

I had a few issues with placing/proofing the order but Megan was a great help with fast responses and got this all sorted for me stress free.

Seemed very fast, I hope I get my stickers as promised!

I ordered stickers which in the end had to be cancelled because you could not do or supply what I wanted, which is not a problem as misunderstandings happen.

The problem lies in the REFUND, which after nearly 2 weeks I am STILL waiting for. I recently spoke to one of their sales consultants who said they would sort it and get them to contact me - not heard a word!

Were very quick to take my money but very slow in refunding, which has still not been done!! In fact will I ever see my refund????

Excellent customer service from Bethan, received my order quickly and as described. I even made a mistake in my ordering and they reprinted them for me at no extra cost! Amazing service, with good quality stickers

I've been using Fast Print since we started our business back in 2021. The labels are really good quality and you will not be disappointed at all. We never go anywhere else. Keep it up fast print.

Quick and easy, had the product we required

The team are very helpful and it was very easy to get my label designs uploaded and sent for printing.

I needed flyers and posters on short notice (2 days). They were able to do this! Great customer service. I am so very pleased.

Basically straightforward, but annoying that having gone through the process of setting up an quote for labels on a roll, there is no mention of their minimum price until you try to place the order. Having quoted a price to a committee, I then needed to go back through and change to less convenient sheet labels to fit within the budget.

I have been using FastPrint now for over 2 years.
