Lack of support/// No broadband

There is no internet for 5 days.
I called the support multiple times and they said it’s an external issue in the area and they are working on it but have no update about when it’s going to be fixed.
I work from home for a multinational company where internet is a must.
This kind of issue never happened to me in any other country, just here in Italy.

I hope this “external issue” can be fixed soon and customer service can be more polite dealing with customers.

Esperienza ai limiti dell'utopico - Experience on the brink of utopia.

[EN] The worst customer service I have ever experienced: incompetent and unprepared. A year ago, I signed up for a subscription with Fastweb, choosing payment by bank account. Instead, they activated a prepaid plan. After a year and at least four requests for contact, the issue was finally resolved, but they started charging me for paper billing, which I never requested.

When I contacted customer service for clarification, they responded with inappropriate phrases like "you Italians are too much" (I don't understand this discrimination) or "activating the offer is like building a house; it improves gradually." I felt treated with arrogance by someone incompetent and racist, and I find it absurd to still be dealing with activation issues after a year.

Additionally, months ago, I was offered an exclusive deal for existing customers, and I requested the activation of a SIM card for my father. Four months have passed, and the activation has not been completed. The customer service operators keep passing the blame around, and despite a pending contract, they can't resolve the situation or explain why the contract is not showing up in their systems. The SIM card was also lost by the shipping service. Unbelievable.

Never again! Indecent service!

[IT] Il servizio clienti peggiore che abbia mai sperimentato: incompetenti e impreparati. Un anno fa ho sottoscritto un abbonamento con Fastweb, scegliendo il pagamento tramite estratto conto. Invece, mi hanno attivato una ricaricabile. Dopo un anno e almeno quattro richieste di ricontatto, il problema è stato finalmente risolto, ma hanno iniziato ad addebitarmi il costo della domiciliazione della fattura, che non avevo mai richiesto.

Quando ho contattato il servizio clienti per chiarimenti, mi hanno risposto con frasi inappropriate come "voi italiani siete pesanti" (non capisco questa discriminazione) o "l'attivazione dell'offerta è come costruire una casa, pian piano si perfeziona." Mi sono sentito trattato con arroganza da una persona incompetente e razzista, e trovo assurdo dover ancora risolvere problemi di attivazione dopo un anno.

Inoltre, mesi fa mi è stata proposta un'offerta esclusiva per i già clienti e ho richiesto l'attivazione di una SIM per mio padre. Sono passati quattro mesi, e l'attivazione non è ancora pervenuta. Gli operatori del servizio clienti si rimpallano le responsabilità, e nonostante ci sia un contratto pendente, non riescono a risolvere la situazione né a spiegare perché il contratto non risulti nei loro sistemi. La sim è stata anche persa dal servizio di spedizioni. Allucinante.

I have contract with wi-fi festweb

I have contract with wi-fi festweb
They do not fallowing agreement.
In contract they put some body email address and I can’t log in mine account. I went to wi-fi store, called many time.
I never have so much difficulty to communicate with phone company. Because email address is sensitive. It’s a spam to me.
I ready to go to talk with attorney because they taking money from mine account.

Awful awful awful provider

Awful awful awful provider!
Not for tourists! For just a simple top up, you need to call the customer service which will confirm things will get sorted within 24hrs, instead after 72 hrs nothing is done. In few shops you will find lovely and very professional customer service although it's hard, almost impossible even for them, to solve the issues.

Awful service

Awful service. I am tweeting to terminate the contract of a person who died and after a month and a half the contract is still open notwithstanding dozens of notices of termination given via web, app, mail, phone and certified email. Avoid.
