Do NOT order from this company

Do NOT order from this company. This company is a fraud. There showroom is closed and no one ever answers the phone! I ordered a lamp in June and lead time was 4-6 weeks. I had to report fraud to my bank to get my money back in October.

Unprofessional

Unprofessional, they don't respond to emails, on the phone they told me that the product has to be ordered and that it will arrive after 1 month, I waited but then they informed me to wait another month. A serious company does not behave like this, in cases of further expectations the customer must inform himself. Don't order on this site

I ordered a ready for delivery vase on 17th of July, 2 weeks later article has not even been dispatched. No news from customer care. Awful provider.

your order is correctly under menagment.
Unfortunately, as customer service already inform you , the white color is not in " immediate availability", but only the black one is avaible in stock.
Kartell takes a medium of 3 weeks for the delivery.
If you'd like to cancel the order just text to uor customer service and we procced with cancellation and refund.
Sorry to keep you waiting.

LONG DELIVERY, NO COSTUMER SUPPORT

I have placed 2 orders with Feel Design. The first one for a Fritz Hansen flower vase, this order took an incredibly long time to be delivered. The main problem wasn't the delivery time, being a design piece I understand. It's the lac of costumer support that makes me not recommend at all this company. They never reply to emails, and the times they did they told me "they would look into the issue" without any further assistance.
The last straw was my second order with them, they inform me 4 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING they they couldn't process my order. Waste of time, honestly I recommend you to look somewhere else.

Ho effettuato due ordini presso Feel Design. Il primo per un vaso da fiori di Fritz Hansen, che ha richiesto un tempo di consegna incredibilmente lungo. Il problema principale non è stato il tempo di consegna, essendo un pezzo di design lo capisco. È la mancanza di supporto al cliente che mi fa sconsigliare del tutto questa azienda. Non rispondono mai alle e-mail e le volte che l'hanno fatto mi hanno detto che "avrebbero esaminato il problema" senza fornire ulteriore assistenza.
L'ultima goccia è stata il mio secondo ordine con loro, mi hanno informato 4 SETTIMANE DOPO L'ORDINE che non potevano elaborare il mio ordine. Una perdita di tempo, onestamente vi consiglio di cercare altrove.

We'd like to let other customer tha could read your feedback how has it gone at all.
The products you've bought take both 3 weeks for productione and 1 week more for shipping from denmark.
Times of production and delivery are known by the client before purchase indicated on the product page just above the button "aggiungi al carrello" .
The first order has been delivered in exactly 4 weeks , some days less of it.
The second one placed the 7th of december , unfortunately menwhile of christmas Holydays should have delivered just after the reopening of Fritz Hansen.
We're sorry for the delay of the comunication of the immpossibility to send the article , but we were not updated of this by the producer until the mail you've received from our customer service.
Once we have known that the product was not avaible for shipping we've immidiatley updated you and provide the fully refund of the order.
You could imagine that we've no any interest to keep on order thet we can't process.
Sorry for misunderstanding, thanks for choosing Feeldesign.com and hoping to have clarified the cancellation of the order and immidiate refund of your order

Very good experience. Support was very helpful and the delivery to France was perfect. We will come back.

Customer service in case of use

Customer service, two extreme comments:

pro: friendly people on the phone
cons: absence of standard procedures for errors/returns (paid shipments for all returns, website-generated labels, automated emails for all cases,...)

overall: poor execution, not comparable with the big ones, keep out
