I ordered two sunglasses and only…
I ordered two sunglasses and only received one. When I told them to check they told me we have sent both and confirmed it with warehouse. That’s such a lie as I haven’t received the other pair of sunglasses. Please avoid this company

Feel Good contacts are so reliable and always give an exceptionally fast delivery service. I use them to top up my contact lens as they are much cheaper than Specsavers. I have astigmatism and just upload my prescription and order it’s very easy.

Perfect!
I ordered the sunglasses the day before and received them the next day, which was great. The one (minor) criticism I have, is the sunglasses were in a small box, which were placed in a much bigger box. The smaller box was loose and rattling around in the bigger box. There was no additional packaging in the bigger box to secure the smaller box.
Overall I was very happy and will definitely use this company again.

Poor solutions for simple problems
Ordered two pairs of glasses on 2 for 1 deal however one of the pairs (the free pair) came completely wonky and with scratches on the side.
The only resolution that could be offered was me sending both pairs back for a refund and re-ordering them with no guarantee that the next pairs they sent me wouldn’t have the same issue. I had already paid for shipping for my initial order and would imagine I’d have to pay shipping again, leaving me out of pocket for their mistake.
I explained why this solution wouldn’t work for me and they refused to find another solution, stating that the only way to resolve this would be for me to return the faulty pair and the working pair.
