Order a set of prescription sunglasses…
Order a set of prescription sunglasses delivery was on or around 28th July.unfortunately this company uses Evri as a carrier so no chance of them getting delivered on time. After contacting customer service who weren’t really interested in trying to get the issue sorted have had to ask for refund. Very poor and disappointing service have ordered from another company as can’t chance another failure. Order no FGO-2026719028091019

I must admit, I was sceptical as the price of the glasses I purchased was extremely reasonable so thought it was worth a gamble in comparison to highstreet prices. However after receiving my glasses, I found the quality is outstanding and service second to none. The website is so user friendly and delivery is prompt. I wouldn't go anywhere else for glasses now and would highly recommend. Customer service is also amazing via telephone with extremely polite and knowledgeable staff. The phone was answered promptly and my query dealt with right away. Highly recommend

Just love the customer service from Feel Good.
They genuinely go through extra mile. Every email or query is responded to quickly and they always offer me a response or solution that helps it be a positive experience.
They listen to what is the root of the issue and work hard to find a solution that works . There never seems to be a "sorry but that's just how we operate, " response to queries so they makes it easier for them. Instead they work however they need to, to address your concerns or issues.
Have used them for years and the service has always been superb. Would not hesitate to recommend. Also love how speedy the delivery is so even when I forget and order late, I don't have to wait too long.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I used the Reorder button expecting it to repeat my previous order, which contained 3 boxes for my right eye (-2.25) and 3 boxes for my left eye (-2.00). Instead, the system placed an order for 6 boxes of my right eye prescription only.
I contacted customer service expecting them to investigate what happened with the Reorder function. Instead, they simply told me that they shipped what was in the order and implied that the mistake was mine.
They completely ignored the fact that I used the Reorder option specifically to repeat my previous order. If the Reorder function changes the prescription without warning, that is a serious issue.
Rather than investigating the problem or accepting that there may have been a system error, they shifted the responsibility onto the customer.
Very disappointing customer service. I expected a company selling prescription contact lenses to take this issue much more seriously.
