Why do you buy a tool of the Company Fein?
It is extremely expensive, the service is very very bad and in this case my drilling machine within 3 years, one of the batteries was dead, the uploader did not work properly and the main piece the ASCM18QSW did even with a full battery had no power to drill anymore.
This is a full blown mistake to buy; happy my two Festools do their work properly every day.
I paid 298 Euro for this Fein, including 2 batteries and the transformer. The cost to repair by the Feinservice was offered for 364 euro's. Because it was on the edge of the guarantee I expected an courteous offer, but they left me with a feeling after a robbery.
As I wrote many emails to their main office in Germany, not even a single answer I got from them,
