Teamgroup is not to be trusted. RMA took my return and I never received a replacement. They refuse to respond to my email, it has been months. They will not honor warranty.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Have been trying for over 8 months to get them to replace 8 drives that all shipped with SMART issues. The company is either so disorganized that they don't have any communication between individuals working there or they are intentionally gaslighting me. At this point it's like a fever dream. Stay far away from them.
