Still not had a refund I was told I was…
Still not had a refund I was told I was getting in March. They refunded the main purchase(which took 2 months) but not the postage. It was due to be refunded as the item was not as described. Have chased up 3 times and still not been refunded. Each time politely told it would be sorted. New purchases arrived after 5 days so not bad, I even suggested to not charge me postage on the new items but they declined.

Delivery was great response to question re item was prompt. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I spent £5600 on a necklace and it didn’t come in a jewellery box.

The auction and the service (delivery) were good. The fees are high and hidden especially the delivery charge which you don't see at all until after the auction.
