This business (and Shedstore) do not abide by the 10 year guarantee on their panels, they will pass you off to Forestgarden who will then do everything possible to renege on their guarantee - The panels are flimsy sub-standard expensive rubbish. AVOID at all costs !!!

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, having made a delivery commitment it has been withdrawn on 2 occasions, promise 10 days, then 3 weeks and now 5 weeks. Very happy to have cancelled my order, cheapest is not the best, bought local what a difference.

Considering the high cost of the fence panels, the quality was at best similar to cheaper fence panels. This is the problem with buying on line, you cant check the quality of the fence panels before you buy.

We ordered some fence panels and posts, being sure to call before we placed the order to check that everything would definitely be available and delivered on the time it said on the website (considering the timber shortage). We were told they would definitely be delivered on the date shown, so ordered.

Two days before the delivery date, I received a text with a time estimate of the delivery.

On the day nothing showed up. The company are uncontactable at the weekends, too.

On Monday (two days after our delivery was supposed to arrive) we finally managed to speak to the company, where they took no responsibility and offered no apology.

They wasted our time, and the time of people on site ready to assemble the fence, and didn’t seem to care about that. It’s set our project back by months, as now we need to find a new supplier.

Hugely disappointing, would never use again and clearly wouldn’t recommend.

Very good quality, sturdy and delivered as promised. Certainly worth the price.

Good Product at a fair price - arrived when they said it would needed a couple of the corners screewed as had come loose in transport.

Whilst I give them kudos for delivery in lockdown, the fence panels sadly, definitely not. Some had nails sticking out, I had to get sawn off in case a neighbour's child got hurt and a one in particular is so bowed, its way off from the post and has cracked. Only a couple of them fit into the concrere slots, some have already started to crack! 15 year guarantee, they've only just made that in weeks. I have to keep putting stones and pieces of wood to stop them banging about in the wind.

Not impressed at all. I need to look into this guarantee now that we have a little relief from the virus lockdown! Not happy at all!

Good quality panels and timely delivery. The only reason the rating isn’t higher is that the delivery person said he was unable to take the panels to my back garden and offloaded them on the front. I’m 5ft 1 of mature woman and had to manhandle thirteen 6x4 panels through to the back garden by myself. Could have wept!

Excellent produce, delivered quickly and safely without any hassle.

One of the fence panels had a crack in the board and we sent pictures in an email to alert them of this with pictures and didn’t even receive any reply. Highly disappointed with lack of customer service and delivering items that were not in expected condition or defective

Quality product that arrived on time and in excellent condition , looks really good and brought favourable comments from neighbours, have used them in the past and will certainly use them again.
