Ferroli UK began business in the late 1980s when the UK export market was identified as being a promising one. In 1988 Ferroli joined forces with Brassware Sales, a Midland based importer and after nine years of continued growth, Ferroli UK Ltd was established. Ferroli UK swiftly expanded relocating to Burton-upon-Trent Staffordshire in January 2001. Today, Ferroli UK continues to go from strength to strength with a move to new offices and warehouse premises in Walton-on-Trent, Derbyshire in May 2021. These further developments have involved a great deal of investment, introducing best practice for greater business efficiencies and logistical planning. The new office facilities are conveniently located on the southern edge of Walton on Trent giving flexibility for future growth as Ferroli UK strengthens its position further in the market place. Consumer demand and the environment are the two main factors that drive Ferroli's development of innovative technologies. Our range of energy saving domestic and commercial boilers and renewable energy products ensure maximum efficiency and eco-compatibility. It is these two factors that keep Ferroli at the leading edge of appliance design. Ferroli manufactures its own domestic and commercial boilers, water heaters and renewable energy products in 12 factories around the world, giving it the ability not only to control quality and price, but also enabling it to innovate in-house rather than relying external companies. "At Ferroli UK we are looking at giving customers a comprehensive range of water heating products from small instantaneous water heaters, to electric boilers to air source heat pumps. We develop cost-effective solutions with high quality products that offer the customer a practical and workable long-term solution. Our Ferroli range is very comprehensive and offers a wide variety of quality products in the water heating market for the UK" - Andrew Buttree, Managing Director Ferroli UK In the UK, Ferroli have made it a priority to develop a strong team with a range of exceptional skills in marketing, customer service, internal sales and technical support: "Ferroli UK is a great team of people who have experience, enthusiasm and passion for the business. Honesty and passion are the two bywords for our way of working – we take immense pride in what we do. The UK operation also offers a comprehensive list of training courses on domestic and commercial boilers including its new electric boiler".

If I could put 0 stars I would! I am a young girl trying to run a home on my own. Had central heating installed with a ferroli boiler! The boiler has been constantly faulty and not worked correctly from 3 months after installation, I have spoken to a very rude lady in customer services who says they will do nothing to help me as the warranty has run out after 1 year (after being previously told it was covered for 2). I will never use in the future or reccomend ferroli as a very unfortunate existing customer!

Have dealt with Ferroli for about 12 years.
Our last service was one week after our 7year warranty
had expired but we still got a new part fitted free of charge. Thanks to Karen from Customer Services and
the Engineer Will Stanton.
Their service has been Exemplary.

Having experienced a problem with my boiler I spoke to a lady Karon Gibson, and I have to say as customer service goes this was outstanding, friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate in calling again with any issues I might have.

I have a 20 year old Ferroli boiler, never had a problem with it until the other day. Jason from Ferroli came to fix the boiler today, very efficient and polite gas engineer who obviously knew his stuff. Very pleased with the result. Thanks Ferroli.

I've just had a terrible time with my Ferroli boiler; I have had a couple of companies take a look at it and declare it past repair, although they can't find the cause of the problem. Ferroli technical department themselves have been no help to either of the companies. It seem that they (Ferroli) make something that, when it goes wrong, is un-fixable.
All I would say to anyone contemplating buying a piece of Ferroli rubbish is...DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
Google and Youtube Ferroli, you will soon find out the low esteem in which their products are held. Ask ANY Gas Engineer what their opinion of Ferroli is. They will most probably roll their eyes and tell you to stay clear of all things Ferroli. Spend a little extra (not much) and get a Worcester or Bosch, better made, better Warranty and from manufacturers with far more integrity and customer awareness than Ferroli.
EDIT: I stand by everything I have written in this review and will not retract it, nor will an apology be forthcoming. The ‘insult’ referred to by Ferroli is simply my arcane reaction to being told that Ferroli want £299 to tell me that my boiler is not fixable. I repeat, to anyone considering buying a Ferroli product, read up about it and ask any qualified Gas- Safe engineer for their opinion of Ferroli products. It won’t be good

I recently posted a review because I was not happy with the service I had received from Ferroli, I am not posting another review to say that they have gone over and beyond to rectify the promlems I had encountered, Karon Gibson has been a star to which I am most grateful.

Helpful customer service but rude engineer that visited my home. I greeting the engineer at the door and he stated how rough my home looked from the outside he said 'i did not want to enter you property due to the way it looked'
This engineer made me feel very insecure about my property. Surely the way the outside of my home looks should not be thrown in my face. Sorry your house is so up to standards. I was also told to get a thermostat fitted by the engineer that visited the property bare in mind the engineer did NOT state what type of thermostat was needed so I got this sorted and now they have advised to get a different type of thermostat. Very unhappy with the advice off the engineer and also how they just expect me to pull money from thin air.

One of your engineers on a warranty call out deciided that the heating water was dirty and needed powerflush. The part was on the hot water side and a cheap part . Took 20 minutes to fit . My customer was without hot water over 10 days over Christmas
My argument is the heating water was definitely not dirty as boiler was only 6 months old . Had been flushed and a filter fitted . Radiators drained and trv s fitted. The heating side had nothing to do with defect. Why didn’t he fit part and get system going and then ask for power flush to be done . This would have kept my customer happy and also saving you the second callout after flush

I am now really concerned that I have wasted my money on a Bluehelix RRT 28C. It seems that I am not the only person to experience a product failure in the winter, and not be able to get it fixed in a sensible period of time. Mine was installed 30/3/2021, and failed 30/12/2021. Same fobbing off faced by others. It seems that Ferroli do not class a boiler failure in the winter as an emergency, so it is now 3 days with no heat or hot water, dispite my wife being disabled. Strangely though the emergency cover on my house insurance DOES class this as an emergency, but can't fix it, as Ferroli would void the 10 year warranty. This makes me consider 2 things. 1: Whether a boiler that doesn't want to work in the winter, is actually fit for purpose, and 2: Whether a company that is incapable of supporting it's products/customers, yet blocks anyone else from doing so, is either no more fit for purpose than their product, or more seriously hell bent on causing their customers harm.

THANKYOU KARON!
I rang customer service feeling very anxious as i had had a week of getting no where with getting my boiler fixed! It was a refreshing change to speak to someone who genuinely wanted to help and who was very knowledgeable and professional. Karon explained the options Firroli could offer me as the boiler i have inherited from the previous owner had no cover on it she then organised a very nice Ferroli engineer to call and fix 😊 Very pleased with the service from everyone especially Karon!
