After riding the ferry for the first time I inquired as to whether I could sign up for a discount pass. My goal was to us the pass to take leisure rides on the ferry. I was told by a service woman at the Astoria landing that there was no expiration date. I then signed up online and only after credit payment was made did a note pop up that the pass was good for only 90 days. My complaint to NYC Ferry was rejected.
