Fantastic experience .
Cheap compared to other renters , including full insurance . No hard selling , a real family feel to the company .
I had to rearrange dates and decided to drop off at a different location after booking . Daniel was brilliant at handling my requests. Met the representative at Malaga Airport at arrivals , he took me to the car , a 30 second walk over the road to the car park . The car was as ordered and very clean .
Quick copy of my driving licence , signature , then while I sorted out my luggage and satnav , the rep went to fetch the ticket to allow me to leave the car park .
On returning the car , I was met by Daniel at Fuengirola office who checked over the car .
Great experience and will definitely use again .

Excellent, easy to arrange on line and smooth car pick up and return. No hidden costs, and the car was in excellent condition. Would highly recommend. Unsure of the guys name that dealt with us but he was really helpful and friendly.

First of all, I must say that I have never left a positive review for a rental car company before, because usually it’s quite an expensive and stressful process!

However, I am very happy to leave a shining five star review for this company – the whole process from start to finish was super easy, the staff that I dealt with beforehand were unfailingly friendly and helpful, and the chap who collected us from the arrivals hall at the airport and took us to our car was fantastic. The drop off process was probably the easiest I have ever experienced – you get a QR code that leads you to an extremely accurate map, and then you just leave it parked and text them to come and collect it after you’ve left.

I have literally nothing negative to say about them at all – the car itself was in good condition and well presented, the price was excellent, and even the price of the extra “all bells and whistles” insurance was extremely reasonable.

I would absolutely recommend this company over any others that I have used in over 25 years of visiting Spain and probably using all the available car hire companies over the years…!

They absolutely deserve ALL the stars, and I will book again next time :-)

I have been renting cars all over the world and never came accros such brilliant, affordable, kind and efficient car rental agency. I have been coming to Malaga for 3 years now, and have always rented cars from them. The cars are practically new and clean. The service is impeccable. Anabel arranged a last minute rental on a Friday at 5pm. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, the car was delivered to us in front of the exit of the airport, clean with a full tank. Hassle - free, no surprises! Drop off equally easy. No airport office, you get off the plane, give your cc and 15’ later, you are off with your car. Cannot recommend them enough!! 10 stars! 🌟

This is what car rental companies should be, helpful, pleasant, cost effective, no hidden costs and easy to deal with. I would give Fetajo more stars if they were available.
I was travelling to Malaga for the first time and needed a car. I spent a day researching companies at the airport but you would need a science degree to understand their fuel policies and charges. I rang one company and they said they couldn't guarantee I could collect the car without a credit card (they would except payment with Debit Card), it would depend on the manager the day I arrived. Ridiculous carry on.
Then I found Fetajo.
What a brilliant experience.
I rented their Astra and took out the full insurance for 2 weeks (about €90), which covered me for everything. It was still cheaper than all the airport companies.
They don't have strange fuel policies - I got half a tank and was asked to bring the car back with a similar amount.
I spoke directly to a very friendly agent on WhatsApp who answered all my questions and made the process very easy.
Fetajo bring the car to the airport. I was met by 3 guys who carried our bags, paid airport parking, explained all the dials etc in the car (lights, fuel etc). And then they told me not to worry if I got any scrapes etc on the car, it's fully insured. They couldn't have been more helpful or more obliging.
The car was great and spotless, probably three years old but felt new on the inside.
If you are looking for a stress free car rental company, I would highly recommend Fetajo. I have hired several cars in different countries over the years and this was by far the best and easiest experience I've had - which made the holiday so much more relaxing because I didn't have to worry about the car.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with this company.
I reserved a time to pick up the car two days before pick up. Everything was ok,because I had my reservation and company confirmed it on their website. On this day when I had to pick up the car, on the way to the company office, I called them and heard that I don't have a car. When asked for what reasons their cancelled my reservation, the answer was : we don't know, possibly due to incorrect data entry. Ok,my drive licence is not spanish,but it is no reason to cancelled my reservation and do not notify at least by phone or email. We had a ruined vacation time..

Very good rent a car company. I booked everything on the web. Their agent really waited me at the airport, I payed cash at the spot, there was'nt any deposit (just cradit card info in case if I probably exceed the agreement), drop off was also easy. It was everything as it was written in the offer, and I'm sure I will choose them again. I choose them because it's a family company and cause they don't charge deposit and it was really as desribed in "who we are", they show trust and flexbility.

What fabulous service. I used Fetejo for the first time recently and I will certainly use them again. The staff are super friendly, their business ethic spot on, collection and return to Malaga airport was so smooth and the cost was very competitive. The latest car hired in February-March 2023 was the Seat Ibiza "latest Model"
Its a star, Sharp and responsive in looks and drive. Very fuel efficient, and comfortable for five Adults. It has the latest safety features and an onboard computer to match my MB E Class convertible.

Rented a car from Fetajo Malaga Airport for 17 days. Make and model guaranteed. Not the very cheapest but much better pricing than all the majors and Rentalcars.com. Beware cheaper providers who make money off you for refuelling etc. Fantastic service, met in the arrivals hall and 3 minute walk to car. Everything explained, no queues, no lengthy paperwork. Car was almost new and very clean. Return was simple - park the car in the car park right outside terminal lock car and drop keys through gap in window. Take photo of location and advise Fetajo. Job done. I had a globetrotting job hiring a car in many different countries every couple of weeks for 20 years. I can honestly say my experience start to finish with Fetajo was the best ever. Honest people do actually exist in the car rental world. No hesitation in recommending Fetajo. Dont bother looking anywhere else!

Just wanted to share a 1st class experience with Fetajo Malaga cars. My rental had a clutch problem. With a quick call to the excellent and helpful Cristina they got my car towed back and a taxi for me to the office to get a replacement vehicle. I was very nervous as many companies would charge for things like this. Especially without excess insurance But they are a family business and care about their customers and couldn’t have been more helpful. I urge everyone to use them. Always full to full, no stupid extra charges and they have the car outside arrivals. What a great company!

DO NOT USE GOLDCAR absolute rip off I was charged £100 3 months after we returned to UK for alleged damage! The car was a shed when we picked it up (which I pointed out) and developed a fault which I reported they couldnt care less, I returned in the same state but they were adamant it was me! use FETAJO highly recommend.

My family and I have used this company for over 10 years now and have never been let down. We usually arrange to pick up the car at the airport where they meet you at arrivals and take you to your hire car. Standard and cleanliness of the cars is excellent. The company are honest and don't get up to the tricks of some of their competitors with fuel or vehicle upgrades. You return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up. We always take the full insurance out for extra peace of mind. Would highly recommend Fetajo if you are looking for a trustworthy company.

I hired an Open convertible from 19th January to the 11th March 2020 based on good reviews. It was dark on collection, the next day I found the car to be in poor condition with lots of light damage, cigarette burns on the back seats and the convertible roof did not work. Called the company and asked to drive 80 kims to their mechanic. The roof worked after the long drive so they said it had no problem. I explained I am a qualified technician and the battery needed testing. They did not do as I requested and had no exchange convertible and promised to replace the battery if the roof stopped working again. First time I used the car at night the roof stopped working so another 160 klm round trip to collect a v w golf with a promise of adjusted refund. No refund happened and they now say the v w golf was the same rental charge. Avoid this company the online reviews must be fake.
