I did not authorized payment nor requested Fidelity Insurance

I did nit authorized payment which was taken out. Still waiting for refund as of August 25, 2025 , 0101717630, I send written request to cancel policy since I didn't authorized to be taken out nor received email on any document for Fidelity insurance. full refund of $57.33. Then called back in Friday August 28, 2025 time 9:41 am EST. Fidelity did received documents August 25, 2025. 9:53am rep stated. cancelation went through refund will be sent back to my bank account.

The agent was professional and up front with the details of the application process without any jive included in his presentation. As a retired agent, I am fully aware of the product line and types of insurance, as well as the limitations of the process.

We were lied to

First of all we were sold the completely wrong product & put into a term life policy. What we wanted was a whole life. On July 30 I called to get us into the correct kind of policy. Signed us up for the whole life. The agent told us we would be prorated on the term life, so I started the new policies that day. But, that was not a true statement. We were misinformed and now being charged because there is no "prorate" for cancellng the old policies,even though we stayed with your complany. VERY UNHAPPY AT THE DECEIT FROM THE AGENT
