The original representatives with whom I spoke were superbly professional, friendly, and helpful. The down side was that I got multiple calls after cinching the deal that made me doubt what I thought I'd already gotten in motion. Apparently I was still on the call list for inquiries.

The absolute worst company
The absolute worst company to work with. Incompetent staff who are unresponsive. Definitely sad that geico recommends them. Save yourself the headache and find a new company.
