Product seems decent, but if I order again, I won't be allowing home delivery due to the dreadful service by Evri

I've shopped at field & trek for years and find the variety and price of goods absolutely fantastic, plus delivery is fast and reliable.

could you please send me the write item?? i feel very angry and disappointed with you. I wanted to make a gift and you put me in a very difficult position and you still haven't solved the problem, I will continue to make bad comments about your page so I get the product I paid for

I order a karrimor softshell jacket from Germany. Short shipping time, excellent Service and a nice jacket. I am happy about this an say thank you from Berlin.

I wouldn't trust this shop.
I ordered a pair of cycling shoes and paid £10 for next day delivery but on my order history 2 days later it was still saying processing.
Luckily the money was still pending so I ask my bank to cancel it.
Can't understand how you can run a company and sell items you have no intention of following through.
Avoid at all costs.

Feedback and rate are sub-zero! Just don't buy from these guys, it's a waste of time! They are a part of SportsDirect company, and it's like it is a ghost company, because they never responded to my emails until I contacted Paypal, and finally after almost 2 weeks I got my money back! I used to buy from SportsDirect many times before Brexit, when shopping was very easy and at a high level, but my last experience with them was a total disaster. Just don't buy from the UK or at least not from SportsDirect and all other companies associated with this company.

Couldnt have ordered from a worse company. Since Brexit english companies are not listening to companies and I WILL tell all my friends and collegues to never buy from great britain AT all anymore. you can live on ur little island and go fakk urself.

This company are complete cowboys, they breach consumer law and refuse a refund or allow the cancellation of an order when their website made an error.

I will have to claim back from PayPal. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a £55 pair of men's trainers as a Christmas gift, I instead received a £20 pair of women's sandals.

12 days later I'm still trying to get my money back.

Customer service is thee worst I've ever experienced, I cannot put enough emphasis on this. I expect I'll have to dispute the payment with my bank when it gets past 14 days.

I will never order from sports direct or field and trek again.

Brilliant quality ski salopettes at great discounted price - shipped in record time just before Christmas. Was getting really worried reading some bad reviews here just after I placed order but honestly I've been so pleased that I placed second order which also came at record speed.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My order was delivered by the useless Evri courier to completely the wrong address and I never received it. The only method I could find to contact Field and Trek was by email, and they never replied. Had to claim my money back from the credit card company.

Took 3 weeks to deliver trainers, by which time I had to go and buy a pair from the shop. F&T (SportsDirect) wouldn't accept my cancellation. Will not be buying from either company again.

Brought a pair of joggers which were surprisingly cheap. Was cautious but they came and delivery was quick and early (2 days).

Placed an order with Field & Trek. To be delivered to me here in the middle east. But it came from Sports Direct? DHL delivered it and all fine. However, no way to reclaim the VAT, still don't understand the Sports Direct thing and no track & trace so no idea what went on after I placed the order. Zero customer service. I do not recommend Field & Trek, and will NOT buy from them again.

Ordered a coat online in the January sales. I only paid for standard delivery but the coat arrived in less than 24 hours, during which time I received regular delivery updates . The coat is amazing quality and was over half it's retail price so I consider it a bargain. I never write reviews but this process deserved one.

Ordered a pair of boots online, was informed they would be delivered but as yet nothing received. Approached Field and Trek twice to enquire via email. No response heard. At the moment I’ve paid but received nothing.

I ordered a bike part on next day delivery. The day of delivery comes and no part arrives but I do get a delivery notice to say it is delayed by one day. So, the following day comes I check the parcel to find it isn't coming then either. They offer me a free delivery on my next order which I don't want because I would rather crawl through broken glass than buy from them again. Needless to say I will be invoking the Consumer Act to recover the difference in costs from these scammers. Imagine if they do this to large numbers of their customers ... soon adds up. Avoid at all costs!

Good stuff, knowledgeable staff

Looked on their website to find a local branch of Field & Trek. Located it 13 miles away. Drove there but it’s no longer in Sterling Mills Outlet Village and clearly hasn’t been for quite some time (apparently it closed in 2016!!). Promptly emailed Field & Trek to inform them of this and to update their website whilst suggesting a voucher for my 26-mile wasted journey would be appreciated. Received a belated response simply saying: “Sorry our store is no longer available. We would not be offering any form of funds back for this.” Well, thanks a bunch!

I like to look around Field and Trek stores wherever I'm near to one in travels. Always something interesting. Good offers also on occasion.
