I’ve ordered several times from Field Compost now as I have found their customer service to be excellent - really good, polite communication regarding delivery dates and a willingness to be accommodating to our needs. I have used Field Compost in all my raised beds for a few years now, I use their mulch each winter and I wouldn't use anything else now! I grow cut flowers, so soil quality is very important to me.

Excellent products, friendly people
I use Field 23, professional potting mix, at home, at the allotment and ordered two tons of it for the planters at our business premises. It's the best out there, in my opinion. We also use soil improver and play bark. Great delivery service and super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you !

Field Compost has been my go-to place for mulch and similar landscaping materials for the past few years. The online ordering process is seamless and user-friendly, allowing me to quickly and conveniently place my orders. What I've appreciated most, though, is their responsiveness on the phone and via email. Anytime I've had a question or needed to make a change to my order, the customer service team has been prompt, friendly, and helpful in addressing my needs.
The chaps doing the delivery have always been polite, careful, and attentive, even navigating my slightly tricky driveway access with ease. They take great care to ensure the materials are unloaded exactly where I need them, without any damage to my property. This consistently high level of service is why I continue to choose Field Compost as my go-to source for mulch and other landscaping supplies. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for these types of products.

Quality of the product is great
Quality of the product so far looks really good and certainly far better quality than the usual bog standard brands you can pick up from stores. Delivery was exceptional - the driver helped me unload right into my garden - this was above and beyond my expectations. If I don't amend this it means the product has helped my garden.
