RUN AWAY--THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
I ordered two bouquets (one for me and one for a friend) and both were TERRIBLE! The first one was a day or two late and the flowers were extremely poor--half dead and not the colors they described or advertised. COMPLETE RIP OFF! The second batch to a friend was just as bad--completely embarrassing. Had to order again from a decent place. ESCAPE THIS LOUSY VENDOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Say it with dead flowers
My first order from this company came from Ecuador--after 5 dys in transit, the flowers were brown around rhe edges. I called the company, got credit, and, the next time, ordered the California Grow Box and, at their advice chose Weds. as my delivery day so the flowers could be overnighted FROM California.
I wrote on the order that I didn't care what day the flowers were delivered, I just wanted them to come from California and spend as little time in transit as possible.
Guess what? They again shipped from Ecuador. As other reviewers have noted, there is NO WAY flowers from Ecuador shipped on a Friday night and delivered on Wednesday will be fresh when they arrive.
But the flowers didn't arrive-- it is now 6 days later and no flowers. They can't be blamed for the weather, but they can be blamed for ignoring "California" and sending me something (what, I don't know!) from Ecuador, without asking first.
My guess is that when or rather if they finally arrive, they will be dead. So, I will not be ordering from them again. What was supposed to be a treat turned into a frustrating annoyance.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, ordered 200 Pink flowers & used the websites delivery quote tool. After placing the order I received a text message the next day that they no longer had Pink roses in stock & I would need to change color in order to receive by my event date. I was told only color available was white. I wasn't offered a refund, and they placed the order on 200 white flowers to get by my event date. It is currently 3 days past my event date and I still have no flowers white or pink. Company thinks that issuing store credit to order more products will solve customers issues. I had to spend $350 at local shop to fulfill my own order on time. Buyer beware colors you order you might not get & you definitely might not get them on time.

Beautiful
Beautiful! I ordered 3 large enchanted centerpieces as a test run and was so impressed by how everything came together. The flowers were neatly packaged and it only took a day for them to start blooming. I'm so happy with how they turned out and will be ordering again for my wedding.

The flowers arrived perfect with instructions available on how to store and protect them. Customer service was amazing to work. Having a number to text was perfect. I would highly recommend

Flowers were a no show 2 orders in a row. Dont chance it.
Do not order any fresh flowers from this company.
Do not order any fresh flowers from this company. They are getting their flowers from Ecuador. You will never get anything fresh or on time. We ordered fresh flowers earlier May for a birthday, We received it after 5 days, dead flowers. They promised a full refund, we will see about that yet. They never tell you that the flowers are coming from Ecuador. It is impossible to get anything fresh from Ecuador to the USA. It was a total failure and disappointment. We will never ever use their services again. However, we learned our lesson, from now on before purchasing we will ask where the flowers are coming from.

I recieved roses from my son for Mother's Day. I was so excited until I opened the box. The flowers were to be all one color, for one large centerpiece. I received two different colors, but the worst part was most of the outside pedals had turned yellow and ugly and the greenery was smashed and broken. I would absolutely never recommend this company. I felt bad having to tell my son and send him pictures because I knew he would be so disappointed.

I paid $125 for flowers which were poorly packed and the flowers arrived smashed. Customer service told me that they often arrived "smushed" and to put them in water to "perk them up" and asked me to put them in a cooler...I'm a consumer, not a florist. I don't have a cooler. I bought then to put the in a vase. After sending customer service many pics of how most of the flowers were smushed over 24 hours, they replied that I ordered a delicate flower and absolutely refused to give me any remedy. I asked for a partial or full refund and they refused. I spent $125 on junk. Terrible, unethical, company. Don't order from them!!!
Reasonably priced option but was ultimately disappointed.
We ordered seven large centerpieces for the guest dinner tables at my father's 90th birthday party plus a large sunflower centerpiece.
I tried to obtain some help via the online chat twice before ordering. Abysmal service. Avoid.
Flowers arrived on time via FedEx and were nicely packaged but there were some damaged flowers, some browned ones/leaves that were never resurrected and some very short-stemmed flowers that were too short - even after all other flowers were trimmed twice - to get into the vase.
In the end, I had to go to a local florist wholesaler and augment the arrangements with additionally purchased flowers to get them to the place where I thought they should have been originally.

I ordered 100 sunflowers and daisy for an outdoor backyard concert party. At least 10 of the sunflowers had the flower broken off. The rest looked so wilted, small and sad that I did not even use them. I threw them out! Ridiculous!
My order was supposed to be delivered…
My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday for a Friday wedding but was delayed 1 day from Fedex. When my order arrived my flowers were wilted. I read and followed the directions from the website so I thought they would perk up. On the day of the wedding I put them outside as directed by the website so they would open up. Unfortunately by the wedding they were wilted and droopy. We used a florist for the rest of the flowers and her flowers were beautiful. The florist arranged the flowers I purchased from FiftyFlowers.com but they looked pitiful. I sent FiftyFlowers.com a picture and all they said was did you follow the directions, did you put them in 4 inches of water, they look too crowded and they're in the sun. I know how to follow directions. The 100% satisfaction is only when you receive the order and you contact them within 24 hours. So I ended up throwing the flowers out after the wedding. I won't be ordering from them again.
FiftyFlowers was absolutely amazing
I absolutely loved using FiftyFlowers!! I ordered almost $2k worth of flowers & greenery for my wedding which I used to create my own floral table centerpieces, my bouquet and the arch floral spray. It all turned out so beautifully!! I think the only thing I’d recommend is perhaps getting them 2 days in advance (& not 3 that they often recommend for some flowers). Then of course there were certain flowers that held up much better & were overall more beautiful & vibrant, but that had to do with flower varieties & not with FiftyFlowers themselves. The customer service was impeccable. I received check in calls and texts along all steps to insure everything was as I ordered & wanted. FiftyFlowers also gives free shipping, which is NOT cheap as I got a ton of peonies flown in from Holland. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!! If you have the time & desire to DYI flowers I’d wholeheartedly recommend using FiftyFlowers
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered flowers a month in advance for my baby shower and they sent me wrong color a few days before event! They didn't have anything similar in color they could ship on time and when I explained that I would now have to change the whole centerpiece because they couldn't replace the color I needed they told me they would not refund me. Or send me replacements in colors I needed. So I had to scramble days before my baby shower to find flowers from local florist and pay much more for flowers in addition to losing 200.00 i paid for flowers with them. They also force you to get flowers earlier than you need and ship days before they arrive. So your flowers are cut 7+ days before your event! Than the did replace one flower( in a completely different color forcing me to change all colors of centerpieces two days before!) and sent me flowers of lesser value and didn't bother to credit different until I demanded a refund for difference.
I never hesitate to call Fifty Flowers.
I have used Fifty Flowers on more than a dozen occasions and have been 100% satisfied with every order. I live in a rural area and was always impressed with their recommendations, fresh flower quality, timely delivery, and their professional follow up. I never hesitate to call Fifty Flowers for my fresh flower needs.

Eek! Methinks not.
I spent about $400 on table flowers for my wedding. Blue thistle, blush spray roses, Queen Anne's lace, and dusty miller.
Dusty miller was supposed to come 2 days before my wedding, was delayed until the day before, making me miss part of my rehearsal barbecue to wait for it at my house since we were getting married out of town. Once it came, tried hydrating according to the directions, but didn't have time to get the life back into it, so over half was unusable and looked like droopy lettuce. 50 flowers did not refund because apparently you have to be there on your wedding day to complain and take pictures of everything, and I only had pictures of vases with droopy dusty miller in them. I was too busy to be able to get what they needed, which was the entire group of droopy dusty miller, because of course it was my wedding day and I was busy. I didn't read the fine print, so no apology, no refund or partial refund..
The queen Anne's lace never bloomed, and the stems came some fluorescent green color, and I had to throw away the whole batch. They told me basically sorry not sorry because some batches are going to look different than others, even if I had pictures of those. It was crazy the horrible quality of this flower compared to the bouquet I got from my florist for me and my bridesmaids.
The blue thistle and spray roses were gorgeous. But I ended up paying $400 to only have those on my tables. Every other vendor I had on my day went above and beyond, 50 flowers I wholeheartedly regret choosing over sams club. If you pick them, please proceed with caution. No refund, no apologies for messing up with the late shipment, acted like I should thank them for overnighting unusable flowers.
Cancelled flower order one week before wedding.
When placing the order for Peonies, for my daughters October 8th wedding, I stressed that I only wanted Peonies. They assured me Peonies would be available. I might have to be flexible on the color, blush, pink or evan white. I told them this was fine but I did not want to substitute any other flower. "Oh no, we will not have to substitute". I get a call today, one week before the wedding informing me that Peonies are not available the first couple weeks of October and would garden roses be ok? No. garden roses are not ok! Why did you tell me Peonies were available all of October back in August when I ordered? I really feel like they planned to do this all along and just assumed I would take the garden roses now that we are on,y a week away from the wedding. Not good service at all!!
Dead peonies
I have never order from fifty flowers, nor have I ordered peonies. They arrive and I immediately removed from box and placed in water. They look sick upon arrival, but not having any experience with peonies thought maybe they'd bounce back, no. Being in the middle of preparing for a large shower, I didn't realize I was suppose to contact them with in 24 hours. I also was still hopeful some of the tight blooms would still open. They did not. I spent over $100 on these, went in the trash! I have ordered from numerous floral sites, never had this experience ever. Granted, I should have read the policy, I should have sent pic sooner, but I guess I was thinking I was dealing with a company with integrity. No the case. They offered me a $30 off next purchase, are you getting me? How about reimbursement or even half? The flowers were NOT used and ended up in trash. Things happen, to me it's how a business handles them!
Amazing service!
Beautiful flowers and great customer service! Followed up with a phone call and stayed in touch till flowers were delivered! Wonderful experience!!!
wonderful service!
I luckily didn't see these reviews until after my fifty flowers experience! JeezeI think the reviewer below with all the lies is overstretching lol! BRIDEZILLA.
I don't normally leave reviews, but after reading that, I think I well share my experience so maybe I can help a fellow bride!
I did my research, I called them, chatted with them on the website read all the guarantees. I was such a nervous bride! The staff was super helpful, occasionally there was a bit of a language barrier, but I'm no xenophobe so I'm OK with that...haha the people were knowledgeable and made it clear that as long as I flowers there directions and suggestions they would name sure everything was perfect.
After I placed my order, they called and suggested I have the flowers delivered a day earlier in case there was something wrong. Totally up front about the possibility that flowers are PERISHABLE! Haha, so I agreed. When I received my flowers, I got a call-but it was automated-I don't remeber anyone telling me a person would call, so receiving an automated message is fine- the message told me how to take care of the flowers, I jUst hung up. I only mention it because of that crazy ladies comment below. one of my flower choices was a Different shade of pink than I anticipated. I was freaking out at first. I'm not going to lie. I called in and the lady I spoke with was so calm and friendly. She did have me send in pics, because seriously, why wouldn't they require to see the flowers before offering me anything! The lady sent me a text while I was on the phone, all I had to do was reply with a couple pics of them and then she called me immediately. She agreed the flowers were a different color than I ordered and apologized, she had already found me replacement flowers and placed a free order for the correct flowers to get to me the next day. Thank goodness I listened to there suggestion to change the date! All my other flowers were perfect, and they let me keep the flowers that were the wrong color!
So it didn't go perfectly, but I would definitely recommend these guys over and over. My only comment to you is if you're really high maintenance you probably should just go through a florist! Haha.
Happy wedding planning!
