Would Never Do Business with them again
I ordered flowers from fiftyflowers.com for a special gift. The flowers were late. I ordered pink peonies but the delivered flowers were white. I notified fiftyflowers.com of the problem. They said that if I couldn't provide a picture then they couldn't do anything. Then they marked my concern as "solved" without even responding to me. Because if the unique situation with the gift, I could not provide a picture. Very poor customer service. I certainly wouldn't trust them with a wedding.

My worst vendor experience ever - in 15+ years of event and wedding planning! Sadly, this was my one and only sibling's wedding that I was handling, so the pressure was on!

In a nutshell, I received dead, unusable flowers (one order arrived a day earlier than contracted, one order arrived a day later than contracted - neither order looked like the website description), wasted over an hour of dead end phone calls with this company, wasted hours of additional phone calls and internet searching to find replacements, wasted a groomsman's time driving 90 miles to pick up flowers from a replacment we found, one person missed 2 days of work while he sat around waiting for fiftyflowers to deliver to the venue (for delivery signature, that is a lie), I fell extremely behind on the wedding set up and details while trying to rectify fiftyflowers complete fail. Had to hire someone to make the bouquets. Just a complete disaster and fiftyflowers simply did not care. They claim that only 1% of their flower orders are not perfect - so a company that claims to have such an amazing sucess rate should be willing to compensate a not-unreasonable customer, yes? Nope. I am out nearly double what I had originally paid, plus lost time, frustration, anger - just a huge disaster because of this company.
Luckily, the OTHER 2 online vendors that delivered my other original flowers, were amazing and the flowers were perfection. Also, the semi-local florist that finally came thru and provided the flowers that fiftyflowers did not, were cheaper and the flowers were a much higher quality!
Even on a budget, I firmly recommend using a local florist or floral supplier. If you are a DIY bride - have one of your other vendors utilize their connections to get you into your local wholesaler. It will be cheaper, you will see the items before you buy and you will know those flowers aren't on a delivery truck from another country the day before your wedding. They will be willing to make you happy and not treat you like dirt.
Not a good experience
We were referred to Fifty Flowers from the florist we were using for my son's wedding to order our rose petals. I did so 3 months ahead. The week of the wedding we were told 2 days before the wedding there was a delay, next day there was a delay. The day of the wedding we were told by the company they contacted the shipper which was FedEx and they couldn't say for sure if the petals would be delivered. The info I got with tracking said that there was no commercial invoice and they were held up in Customs in Memphis. We had to scramble the day of the wedding to get rose petals pulled and it cost double the amount and more! Save yourself trouble, don't use this company! We were refunded our money but they have removed my reviews on their website and their Facebook page. Integrity? I think not! They are trying to hide their errors instead of making changes to improve.
Made my beach wedding even more beautiful!
The flowers arrived exactly on time and they were beautiful!! It was fun to put together my flowers with my bridesmaids and then go for a manicure after :) I got white and blue roses and I got to make my bouquet with about 38 roses. . . it was huge! It was nice to be able to design my own bouquets and adjust things accordingly. I didn't have any problems with any of the roses. In about 3 days, they were blossoming perfectly for my beach wedding! Thank you FiftyFlowers for making my special day even more special!!
Outstanding Service! Care when other companies do not.
We are so grateful to Fifty Flowers for the beautiful flowers and their fantastic customer service. We ordered many flowers for my daughter's wedding and had only one very slight problem with one type of flower. The customer service department was fantastic, and they shipped us something new the next day. I was so impressed with their desire for us to be happy with our order. This is the hallmark of a good company. We had made a smaller order with another on-line company, and their customer service was very poor. I highly recommend FiftyFlowers to everyone. The follow-up is truly fantastic, and this is obviously a company that cares. The hydrangeas were exquisite and perfectly packed. Thank you, Fifty Flowers!
Amazing Flowers and Customer Service!!
I am a very satisfied bride and can't say thank you enough for the great customer service, the awesome price and most of all the beautiful flowers! I ordered Calla Lilies and Peonies both in white, and they arrived in pristine condition! I had a get together of my friends and bridesmaids to put everything together and we had a blast. In 2 hours we completed all of our bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. They looked amazing and saved me $1200! I can't say thank you enough and I would recommend you to anyone!
Beautiful Roses And Callas
I was very nervous about ordering my flowers online, but I went for it and it could not have turned out any better! I spent less money, and got exactly what I wanted. The flowers arrived, and I immediately received a phone call from a consultant to make sure everything was correct. The flowers did look a little sleepy at first, but after I trimmed the stem and put them in water, they came right back to life and the blooms were just beautiful! We used the 350 hot pink roses and 12,000 rose petals to make gorgeous centerpieces and boutineers, and we also used the petals to line the aisle. We took the 50 lilac roses and made groomsmen boutineers and bouquets for the bridesmaids. The 40 dark pink callas were used for my bouquet. The flowers were breathtaking and we got so many compliments from our guest. Thank you, Fifty Flowers, for making my day so beautiful!
Most Amazing Flowers EVER!!!!
After scouring the web for about 6 months and contemplating with my friends and family about what to do for my wedding flowers, I took a chance. Being the A type personality I am, I did my research and decided to order with FiftyFlowers.com. I am soo thrilled that I did. For my wedding I needed bridal bouquet, 7 bridesmaids, 14 bouts, 6 corsages, 12 centerpieces, and some other random arrangements. The lowest quote I got from a florist was about $2000. My total order from FiftyFlowers was $719.98. I organized my friends and family to help with making the arrangements and as you can see they turned out amazing! All of my flowers except for the cymbidium orchids arrived on time. Because of the volcano explosion, I had to wait and extra day for the orchids which at first freaked me out but FiftyFlowers' Customer Service was so on top of it with their communication, I felt as though I was in really good hands.
For all of my friends and all of you to be brides, I had to share my experience and totally recommend them to any bride who is thinking of doing their flowers - their customer service and exceptional flower quality made my wedding very special!

I ordered from them for my wedding - I was impressed from the beginning with their customer service. I got a call right after placing my order to confirm and see if I had questions from a real person not just some automated confirmation... that is awesome! Who does that these days?! the flowers arrived on time and in perfect condition. My bouquets and alter arrangements turned out GORGEOUS! Everyone commented on the flowers and how beautiful they were. People could not believe that they had come from an online company and that we did them ourselves. They truly made my day that much more special. I would totally recommend them.
