I’ve used Filcris for several years in different capacities. As a Nature reserve warden for a Wildlife Trust, Countryside Manager for a Local Authority and now as a self employed conservation contractor.
Phil has always been really helpful with product support and advice, Whichever hat I’ve been wearing the helpfulness has been the same whether I’m spending a couple of hundred pounds or ten thousand.
The products are always good quality and there’s always been a delivery service that works for the order, whether it’s large or small.
I’d highly recommend them 👍

Great service, excellent communication at all times and swift delivery made these two transactions painless.

I have previously ordered from Filcris, and the service has always been excellent. This time was no different. I was contacted to verify arrangements for delivery, and my order was delivered as per the instructions given. I had no problems ordering what I required from the website. Whilst the prices may appear higher than other 'plastic timber' suppliers, the product is superior, and I have tried other cheaper suppliers. Top job, Filcris.

Very helpful answering my telephone queries. Delivery done with the minimum of computer involvement! My only criticism was that it the website didn't clearly show the lengths available for each profile - I had to phone up to save guessing what lengths might be available.

Buying from Filcris was straightforward and they called prior to delivery to confirm everything which was a nice touch. The delivery was prompt and everything was bundled into easily manageable packages. The product (precut garden railway track boards) are well cut and finished.

I found Filcris by chance after seeing lots of very expensive other manufacturers of garden edging (all not really also quite hitting what I wanted). After a quick enquiry and easy to follow website with what I required I placed my order.

I was also exceptionally late in ordering in relation to my garden project but Lisa was brilliant in getting my order processed and out in 48 hours and also taking my slightly complicated directions to my house to the delivery driver.

The finished product was actually better than I expected - I would share a picture but I’m re-seeding my grass all around it and it doesn’t do justice to the product. But needless to say I’m very happy with the outcome at an exceptionally reasonable price.

It's a solid product at a sensible price delivered promptly. The company are helpful with good communication too. If you have a need for a timber replacement that will see you out then this is the answer. My use was as part of a garden railway and treated timber just was not lasting in the damp, darker corners of my garden. I used some planks a few years ago that still look factory fresh so when I needed another repair it was an obvious choice. Easy to work, perhaps a question of plastic in the environment when you cut and drill it but it is not microplastic waste and you can catch most of it with care.

Excellent personal service providing a great product.

This is our third order from Filcris and as with the previous 2 this order arrived well packaged and within a day of ordering. The products are not the cheapest, but as the old saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’ and we know unlike wood, these plastic products will not rot. So in the long term it works out for us a much more cost effective product.

After a really disappointing experience with another supplier, I was honestly expecting delays and problems—but Filcris completely exceeded all expectations.

From the moment I placed my order, the communication was excellent, and the service was genuinely exceptional. What absolutely amazed me was that my recycled plastic materials were already cut to size and delivered just 3 days after I paid the invoice. I honestly didn’t think that kind of turnaround was possible!

This was my second order from Filcris. As expected, all items turned up as arranged. The delivery man was efficient, polite and on time. Cost of delivery is now expensive; but at least Filcris arrange delivery; other composite providers, will not deliver at all!

First rate service. From order through dispatch to delivery. Kept updated even though it only took just over two working days from order to delivery to the northwest. How I wish a lot of other companies in the building sector would operate like this. Good competitive prices also.

Dealing with this company was a pleasant experience. They were helpful and patient as I tried to work out what I needed. The product arrived quickly and I'm currently edging my daughters garden. So far so good
