⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from start to finish!

After a really disappointing experience with another supplier, I was honestly expecting delays and problems—but Filcris completely exceeded all expectations.

From the moment I placed my order, the communication was excellent, and the service was genuinely exceptional. What absolutely amazed me was that my recycled plastic materials were already cut to size and delivered just 3 days after I paid the invoice. I honestly didn’t think that kind of turnaround was possible!

A huge special thank you to Chris, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Professional, helpful, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

The quality of the materials is excellent, delivery was spot on, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of customer service these days, and Filcris absolutely deserves recognition for it. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

This was my second order from Filcris. As expected, all items turned up as arranged. The delivery man was efficient, polite and on time. Cost of delivery is now expensive; but at least Filcris arrange delivery; other composite providers, will not deliver at all!

The material is of excellent quality, has versatile uses and is consistent throughout. Delivered on time.

First rate service. From order through dispatch to delivery. Kept updated even though it only took just over two working days from order to delivery to the northwest. How I wish a lot of other companies in the building sector would operate like this. Good competitive prices also.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I phoned with questions before my purchase and the calls were answered by the company directors, who were extremely helpful ( I wanted lumber to build vegetable beds and Chris even sent me some pictures of ones he'd built himself so I could be sure of the colour/size before purchase). A quote was received quickly and I was kept well informed of the delivery date and time, which was also very prompt. The delivery driver was also really friendly and helpful, helping us to unload the pretty-heavy sleepers and take them round the back into the garden. Altogether it was a genuine pleasure dealing with Filcris - and you really can't say that about many companies nowadays.

Initial sample request sent quickly and query answered - order made on-line with follow up call within a couple of hours to advise items cut and packed and would be delivered the next day. Boarding received within 24 hours = excellent service. Certainly happy to recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Filcris was so positive that I felt it deserved recognition.

From my initial enquiry through to final delivery, the service was outstanding. Chris and Phil were both extremely helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. They understood my requirements clearly, guided me through the options, and made the whole process of placing and receiving my order completely hassle-free.

Delivery was prompt and well-organised, with everything arriving as expected. It’s rare to come across a company that combines product knowledge, efficiency, and genuine customer care so well.

It was just a small order.
The lady called to confirm the order—she was very quick and super nice.
The delivery staff were also very helpful and polite.
A very pleasant experience, and the price was very reasonable.

I only made a small order but the service I received was second to none. Website easy to use, fair prices and delivery cost was approx. half of other suppliers I looked at. Unusually for the internet, the website photo of the product was accurate, especially the colour which was 'exactly what it says on the tin'. Ordering and payment were easy and I even received a very pleasant follow-up call from a lady within an hour, informing me that my order was being processed and would be shipped as soon as possible. As it turned out, the delivery was a mere 26hrs later. Considering the size of the material and that it travelled 300+ miles to get to me, that's not too shabby. Very happy with service and quality. Big thankyou.

I needed to repair an existing, continuous-run fence, that had been built in 2.5m sections. I used some of the Filcris 150x25x3000mm planks as baseboards, as 2.5m concrete baseboards are not easy to find.

These were ideal, as they are easy to cut to length , drill, and self-tap into, plus much lighter and easy to handle than concrete (as well as using re-cycled materials in place of concrete which is not environmentally friendly).

Ask them for advise on blades, as the wrong type of circular/reciprocating/jig saw blade can get hot and foul with melted plastic, or avoid long, continuous cuts.

I also used the offcuts to overlap the joins at the posts and set the baseboards off the posts, so that they lined up with the fence boards (Cant-rail style fence), and screwed them together easily (remember to leave gaps one edges and oversize the through holes for screws, to allow for the plastic expanding in the sun, to avoid buckling).

I used some of the 40mm square stakes to support the baseboards (postcreted them in rather than hammering into the soil)

On top of that, they match the fence colour well, and the finish on them is great (faux-grain texture).

The guy I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and I couldn't recommend Filcris and their products highly enough!

Will be back down for some more for path-edging.
