Terrible company to use at first amazing after 18 months of plan finishing they mentioned about reviews for 4 years prior even tho plan finishing demanding over £2000 have taken a loan out for £2000 and offered that plus 4 monthly repayments don't seem bothered apart from my incomes and outcomes very poor do not use

In my last year of my IVA and had more stress and worry and my anxiety is at an all time low in the last 2 months than in the last 6 yrs.
Ironically when you send evidence they don’t receive it, last reason was because they changed their email system!!
Then when you request changes they don’t happen, the next you get messages at a weekend when you can’t do anything to say they will contact the creditors for failing your IVA and you need to make arrangements ASAP, what for, I have emails confirming arrangements.
They want partners evidence yet it’s not his IVA so they’ve not taken his expenses into account and they want more money each that I do not have. This is now effecting my relationship, my home life. It appears that advisors tell you different information. I’ve resulted to live chat now so I can screen shot everything, i send correspondence by email so I have evidence of everything that I have sent. My advice if you don’t want additional stress on top of what you may have avoid this company.

After nearlly 5 years of a iva I recieve a message saying that I owe nearlly 24k for a starting 21k debt I am now worse than when I started, but now owing the money to them, I can't touch nothing to even help me in situation, countless emails countless calls they now ask me to reveal all my bank statements, if I could offer any advice avoid ivas in all cost

Absolutely amazing service over the 8 years I was being helped by the team to become debt free, the banks and my initial lenders were not interested in helping me at all. Can't recommend these guys highly enough 10 out of 10 many thanks and in the nicest possible way I hope I never have to use your services again

Just informative and understanding,

Helpful and friendly , guided through all I needed to know and was kept well informed. The only down side is it was very difficult to speak to someone personally which was a problem if it couldn’t be sorted via web chat and would it be helpful if you had one person who was consistent , as it usually meant saying the same thing to several people and getting slightly different answers , but never the less all good in the end .

Certificate of completion received today. Staff went above and beyond to wrap it all up in the final stages.

The Representative was very helpful and supportive.
He helped to reassure me at ever step of my application.

Asked this financial company for a detailed break down of the extra £5600 they are asking for, even after a 6 year IVA and thousands and thousands of pounds already paid.

Somewhat worrying they don’t know what a detailed breakdown is or do they🤔
At school we were made to show our workings apparently they don’t have to show theirs to their clients!
Ohhh and after 6 years with a month to go to completion they decide to start “negotiating” with an original debtor from beginning of the
IVA. And…..still no update
P.s watch the bog standard reply to this review. “Sorry to hear” etc “we have discussed “ etc

Should be called financial harm group. Despite being paid up on time, missed payments appearing on credit report ruining the work done to improve it. They promise they will correct it but months later and more missed payments keep appearing. This company is incompetent and do more harm than good.

Since been advised, you have abandoned me . You have not responded to my emails or honour your promises made by your customer service staff to call me .
I will not recommend Financial Wellness Group to anyone .
I was on the phone 4:45pm to 6:30pm . I was not able to speak to anyone . Poor service .

As per the comments below, I have been in constant complaints with the company over the past 5 years, i got to the point i wanted only e-mail communication as i want full documented evidence of what they were saying, never answer the telephone to them, from all the complaints, all i ever got was complaint rejected, their adminstration is non existant, you will have mistake after mistake, they charge the most disgusting fees, I have paid into this IVA 5K over my debt and they still want more. I am also looking into taking legal action against this disgusting Company

NOT registered with the FCA even though they say they are on their website, not as Freeman Jones or Financial Wellness Group, DO NOT USE. This company is fraudulent and will lie and trap you into owing them thousands of pounds, additional to the original 'help' they give you. I am now taking legal advice against this scam of a company preying on people suffering financial difficulties

I would like to say the service I received from this joke of a company was bad. However as I haven't received any of what you might actually call service I can't even rate them that good. I set up an IVA 5 years ago with that company. For 4 years I heard nothing from them until with only 12 months to go they say it's time for your annual review. Annual? after 4 years what a joke. They had never asked for a pay slip or P60 in all that time and now wanting the whole lot for the last 4/5 years. It wouldn't have been so bad but during that time I was awarded £9K PPI refund that as I am led to believe went into my IVA pot. I can't confirm that as I still have had no communication from them saying they received it. They now say they cannot close my IVA without all relevant pay slips etc which I no longer have access to. Useless company avoid at all costs they take the money and do nothing to earn it then blame the customer for their shocking management of accounts.

This company is nothing but a joke and is a fraud, Do not use them! I am not taking legal advice as they are going against what they have told me! They have affected my mental well-being Please avoid them!! 🤬

I rang them on the 30/5/2023 I have now been on hold for over 45 minutes. They keep sending me text and emails to fill in the forms. I keep telling them that this was done in march 2023. I have prove that the documents were signed. I rang them on the 16/06/23 and I have been on hold for over 45 minutes I hang up the phone. I was ring because I received a text asking for a 6 month payslips even though I have not long Sent them a yearly update and still have not heard back from them.

I've been with this company since January 2022 and they have been brilliant. Easy to contact them. Always very helpful, polite and professional. They really saved me. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Terrible company avoid where possible ....they keep trying to increase fees claiming they haven't received any paper work from you....they have zero clue on how to manage your account ....seriously AVOID
