Beware of FineArtAmerica (FAA). They do not ensure that their “artists” have a license to sell copyrighted or trademarked items including names and characters. FAA also does not inform potential customers that the product will be sold with the watermark (in this case deviant art) on the image. I don’t want to purchase images that infringe a third parties intellectual property or have a watermark (because the “artist” doesn’t have license rights or may have illegally obtained the image.) There was also a vertical white line on the image I received that FAA is trying to say is part of the image. It wasn’t visible on their website and can’t imagine why that would be part of the image. When I advised FAA about IP infringement, the watermark, the white line and the lack of transparency with customers, they simply did not care. They offered a refund on the item but not on the shipping. So hmm let’s see. They want me to destroy the picture and send them a photo and be out the shipping or be stuck with an image with a visible watermark that FAA did not advise would be on the final product, that infringes the IP of a third party and is quite possibly a stolen image or one that the”artist” can’t legally use, and has a white line through it. But as I said, FAA does not care. Their customer service is a joke, just regurgitating the same thing over and over and not even addressing my concerns or answering my questions.This was a gift. Looks like a piece of sh*t so I will be buying another gift, not from FAA. I was skeptical about this company and their products, so I should have trusted my gut. A one star rating is generous. Never again! BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered an iPhone cover to protect my phone. I was asked for a review after purchasing it and I mentioned that the case is very rigid and stiff.
Now approximately four months have passed and the cover is split in two places.
I contacted customer service and it was an inexcusable joke. Back and forth at least nine times asking me each time to include pictures of the cover and telling me that I’m sending them wrong.
I was also asked several times to furnish the original order number which I don’t have and reiterated that.
I don’t care what you have I will never order anything from you again.

What I can say that Fine Art America was able to deliver a print of a poster that I have been looking for. I did find an original that was four feet by six feet, which was to big for my small apartment. But FAA had a great print of that poster, but I was giving the option for the size that fit my needs. Also the option to have it framed and matted which gave it that professional look. It was delivered in a way that I was certain it would not sustain any damages.I have it near my desk so I can look up and get inspiration. Also I feel that FAA had so many choices for one to pick from. I feel this is a great place for everyone to be satisfied when buying for yourself or as a gift. Thanks FAA!!

I had part of a shipment lost in transit, it was not an issue, Fine Arts reshipped my print in a most timely manner.

I was looking to make some purchase and the website (used both Safari and Chrome) was having issues. I spent a lot of time combing through listings (one day) while they worked on the technical glitches. (Password and display issues). When it was all sorted out they took the 20% offer away. My cart changed from 37 to 47 and with shipping and tax that made a big difference.

I got an email from somebody saying that there was nothing they could do, but in light of what was happening you would think they would make an exception. I just couldn't justify the price jump for one photograph -- especially on principle..

The two stars is for customer service -- not the end product -- that I can't speak to.

The quality of the product is always excellent. The purchase is always carefully packaged and is delivered in good time. FA America is always a fine and reliable company in terms of product and service.

I trust buying my cards from Fine Art America because they have high quality products and a great variety to choose from. I had my recent card personalized and they did a fantastic job!!

I have ordered over 5 different pieces of Fine Art in the last few months. All were framed and matted perfectly. All were packaged so safely it took a while to get them out...in a good way!!!

I like the selections. They shipped fast and packaged very well. The only reason I gave their site 4 stars is because I found it difficult to navigate the "search" area. If you don't have the EXACT spelling correct, it can take you forever to find something. Also, sometimes it worked when looking for an artist, sometimes it didn't and even when I finally got the artist I was searching for, I had trouble pulling up the art piece I was trying to find - even if I'd had it up previously. Very frustrating.

Love how easy it was to create this pillow I wanted for my office! It goes so well with my red chair and vinyl collection I have framed on the walls. Print and color quality was really amazing! Will definitely buy more in the future.

I’ve made a few purchases recently from Fine Art America two acrylic prints and a few framed prints.
I find their website easy to navigate and their selection of artist and their work. Their framing and mat options are exceptional compared to others. Shipping is quick usually within 3-4 business days and their customer service if needed is very helpful. I plan on purchasing more prints in the near future,

My recent order of a Canvas print was not very well done. The edges of the print look like it’s missing some of the image.
FAA response was that is how the image is and they cannot fix it.
Why send this out then? I think that is piss poor quality control on FAA part.
They offered a refund of the print if I sent them a picture of the destroyed canvas print they sent me.
I’ve spent over 1k with FAA in past 2-3 months and had many more I wanted to purchase but with this lax quality control I think I’ll shop elsewhere.

I don't remember how I came across FineArt America but I am glad I did. The website gives me access to hundreds of artists that I wouldn't have otherwise seen. The website is well organized making it easy to find the styles of art I like and discover new styles of art that I didn't know I liked and have rarely seen. The format of the art is quite varied: prints, posters, canvases, greeting cards, etc. The filters can be used to find exactly what you or explore new artists and styles (landscapes, surrealism, whimsical, etc. I ordered several items, which arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the work/products was excellent. I have subsequently returned to the website and ordered more items.

I love my Footloose tee shirt and I just got a nice compliment on it the other day in Zumba. Thank you

I ordered 2 birthday cards worth £8.57 and when I came to the final payment through PayPal, found there was a charge of approx. £58.00 for postage. This is completely underhand and tantamount to a scam unless you can justify such an extortionate postage charge.

Purchased an item not realizing it was AI generated. I left a review stating that Fine Art America should support real artists and prominently label AI offerings as AI. Not only did they not post my review but they locked me out of my account. Makes me wonder how many poor reviews are censored. That's a really sketchy and unethical way to run a company. Just wow.

A great company to deal with. I ordered one of their prints in a 24"x36" size in a matte finish and it came out great and looks great on my wall in the frame that I had made for it. Good communication from the company and a pleasure purchasing from them.

Fine Art America deliver exemplary service ...timely updates on shipping and and incredible quality in the product produced by their artist colony.
