I've been buying my coffee pods for many years now without any complaint. However through no fault of the company, I received my order (delayed in transit by DHL) I received my box with the boxes of 10 pods all soaking wet, some broken open and with ground coffee loose in the box. It appreaed that at someplace in the delivery, the box had been left in the wet. I advised the company and they responded with a fresh FOC order of the pods plus some extras. I'm just awaiting the delivery now .I'm completely pleased with the company resposne to me and obviously I will continue to buy my single county coffee pods in the furute

Excellent coffee, great value and very efficient service

Took over two weeks to deliver. Usually 2-3 days. Must have changed courier. Be advised usual service has changed

Great coffee, great service, shame about the delivery company!

I have been a subscriber to Fine Coffee Club for sometime and would highly recommend. Good communication, fair pricing and excellent coffee. What's not to like!

When things go wrong, the customer service is non existent. I emailed after DHL did not follow my delivery instructions, choosing instead to put my delivery in a dustbin. No reply. I emailed again. No reply. Consequently they have lost a customer.

Great coffee at very competitive price.
Easy to change subscription delivery date if required.

Chocolate pods taste delicious. Good value and highly recommend to others. Do enjoy the coffee pods as well. Good company to use.

Coffee is good. Delivery is good. Delivery charges are not good even when you buy a lot of coffee.

I did email you last week and over the weekend. Coffee still not arrived despite the promise of next day or thereafter delivery, , may yet arrive today of course. I explained in my note that had the coffee arrived in time for me to try it before ordering on your halloween offer then that would have been ok, but obviously have now missed this promotion.

coffee was delivered to the wrong address by DHL - delivered to an empty house at No4 Ashburnham Drive NOT to 4Waterhouse Square which is my address at the end of Ashburnham Drive. DHL was observed leave and then announced delivery had been made, I had to investigate myself and found our delivery on front step of wrong address.
