Online sneakers

Well all I can say is that I ordered a certain pair of sneakers for my great-grandson and I got exactly what I ordered and I looked at them and they're fine they weren't worn they're completely brand new and I've been reading bad reviews but it just so happens I guess I was lucky cuz my experience turned out great.

This company sucks

This company sucks, I ordered a pair of shoes from them, for it to take forever for the process, then them unexpectedly cancelling on me. When I called them they said that I could order the same pair and I would be guaranteed to get the shoe. So I placed the order with full confidence that I would get it, which was a mistake. They cancelled my order again the second time and when I called them again, they were not helpful at all and I did not get the shoes. The company really needs to work on ACTUALLY following through with what they say they will do instead of lying about it.

Mismatched Shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes on Cyber Monday from Finish Line. Received them and was sent a pair of mismatched shoes, a brown shoe and a grey one. So someone else out there is also getting a pair of mismatched shoes! Customer service told me I'd have to send the mismatched shoes back to them before they could send out another pair of what I ordered. Had to go out of my way to print a return label and then go to FedEx. Quality control is non-existent. Won't be returning. Garbage.

I ordered 3 pair of kid's sneakers and…

I ordered 3 pair of kid's sneakers and received a pack of socks instead of the sneakers. The guy was more concerned about me returning a pack of socks instead of being concerned that i did not get what I originally ordered instead of offering to overnight my order I have to wait another 4 to 6 business days to receive my order. I am a very annoyed customer!!!

I was at Finish Line at Jordan Creek and met a young man by the name of Devin H. As we entered the store he spoke and offered to help us. He was very professional and very pleasant. It’s hard to find young people that have pleasant attitudes anymore. We need more Devin’s in the world!

I am very disappointed with finish line…

I am very disappointed with finish line and Jd sports. I ordered some Nike up tempo sneakers which I received on November 21, 2025. When I open the box, I noticed that the paper that they insert in the new sneakers was missing. I took the sneakers out and examine them and noticed that the bottom was dirty, and there was a dent in the front of the sneakers.. I was so upset. I spent $125 for you sneakers from finish line which I’m constantly ordering and never had an issue. What made things worse is I want to return the sneakers to a local store which was 35 minutes from my house and they refuse to take the sneakers cause even they said it look like it was worn. I was upset that’s the whole reason. I’m bringing her back cause you guys saw me sneakers that somebody else worn. I called Customer Care and they told me the reason why they couldn’t take them back at the store because the manager wasn’t there lies. They didn’t told me to go to the nearest Jd sport which was nine minutes away and I did and Jd sport refused to take the return again. I was furious at this time.. I call Customer Care again on the phone. She told me that they will be able to take my return, but unfortunately, she was wrong. All I wanted was my new pair of sneakers or my refund.. they didn’t even wanna take the sneakers back and ship them to the warehouse. After back-and-forth with Customer Care, they were finally able to convince the store to print out a shipping label and mail my sneakers so they can carefully examine them in order to give me my refund.. this day I got the most runaround that I ever had November 24, 2025. It’s only been three days since I received my sneakers and all I want is a refund. I don’t even want to shop at finish line and Jd sports anymore and they were my favorite sneaker providers..

this has to be the worst business…

this has to be the worst business online with the absolute worst inventory management/tracking systems in place. Too many times I have made purchases and seen the same items still selling for hours even days sometimes then have my order cancelled siting lack of inventory ..ok so then if im first to buy a product and your still selling a product how come i am always getting cancelled ....do you have your employees taking products for themselves and forcing cancelations ...whatever the case may be I think I have reached my limit of experiencing this with their company....account delete next

Finish line customer service is horrible

Ordered shoes on 10/14. Called within 2 hours of making order to let them know the size I ordered did not match my order receipt. Was told I could not change the order as it had already been processed and shipped. They said I would need to wait and receive the product and then return it to get a refund.

Now it is 11/3 19 days later and they have never sent the order to UPS for delivery. They will not take emails as the customer service email says it is full and you have to call in. If you call it it takes a minimum of 60 minutes to get someone to answer. Then they just say the order is in processing and should arrive soon.

The return policy is within 45 days but at this rate I will not even have the product by then if it ever does arrive. Feels like a total scam and is very frustrating.

I ordered regularly from Nike, Finish Line, Champs, and Hibbett and have never once had any form of issue.

Terrible customer service and I will not be making any more orders from Finish Line as a result.

Terrible support

Terrible support. Will be on phone and chats for hours no response. Their AI support and call center sucks and is slow as hell. They deny refunds easily when it’s their fault. They sell used AND fake shoes more than every other major chain. This brand and hibbett AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Finish Line have canceled my order but not refunded

Finish Line canceled my online order on September 2, 2025, but the gift card I used hasn’t been refunded yet.

Their customer service is a joke — the email auto-replies saying they no longer respond to emails, the chat is turned off, and the only option left is to call them by phone.

It’s unbelievable that in 2025 an online store still operates like a 1990s brick-and-mortar business. Completely unacceptable experience.

If I could give them a zero I would

If I could give them a zero I would. Placed an order, was excited to see that it arrived early only to find out that they sent the wrong order. After spending over an hour on hold, arranged to send the shoes back, and they would not release my order till they got them back. Back office held onto the order and didn’t communicate the status for over 6 weeks. I sent an email week 1 and was told the order would go out in a few days. I emailed again week 2 and got an autoreply that they weren’t accepting emails due to high volume. Called week 4 and was told they hadn’t released the order but they would ship out via 2 day. Called again week 5 and was told the same thing. Called again week 6 and was told the shoes weren’t in stock and they would issue a refund. I can only get the shoes now for twice the price. Also every time I called had to wait on hold for over an hour each time.

I ordered a shoe online and they…

I ordered a shoe online and they cancelled my order. Told me I would get a refund for my shoe within 7 days. They gave the refund but to some random card that is not even mine. When I try to call I have waited Mutiple time up to an hour with no one ever answering and then it says you cant email them anymore either. Absolute trash of a company. They basically stole my 105 dollars.

Ordered shoes on September 8

Ordered shoes on September 8, said they’d arrive Sept 11. Didn’t even ship until Sept 12. Can’t cancel orders online, you need to call and sit on hold for eternity. They claim they shipped on September 8th, but that just meant creating a tracking number. Use a different retailer.

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would give that. Their help and support is a scam. There are no people to answer your calls. So regardless how long you wait, you never get routed to a human. And they don’t tell you that.

When you reach out for help via email, you get an email a day or two later letting you know they are not accepting help requests via email at the moment.

So in other words they are scamming customers and not providing a legally required way to give support on issues.

I paid $30 for expedited shipping on an item that still hasn’t shipped after nearly a week. I no longer need the item because I needed it by a date. And they make it impossible to connect with someone to cancel.

Do not order from this place

I ordered from this place on a Saturday and the following Friday they canceled it upon my request. I cancelled because I tried calling multiple times with no answer, the track order page is down and I never received an order update. Over all I will never order from this company again.
