Never buy anything from them! They are cheating. I returned my order and they did not return my money. I wrote to them a hundred times and it was all in vain. Each time they sent me different things. At the same time, the purchase amount was not large.

Horrible customer service - my order processed somehow without including the address I filled in. It literally shows blank except my zipcode now, and they STILL shipped it out despite me sending multiple emails asking them to correct the address. $88 down the drain, who knows where the shoes I order will even go! Takes forever to hear back from their email customer service, and very long hold times for their phone. These companies need to stop divesting from customer service. Last time I shop here.

I have ordered shoes from finish line for sometime now and when they don’t fit or for some reason I have to take them back they are always willing to take the item for return and I’m not sure who the manager is or what is name is but I like him a lot the last two times I have returned shoes to the Mansfield Ohio store he has been my cashier and he’s always friendly and helpful.😊😊😊

Hope you don't actually want these if you order. Placed an order that was shown delivered on 4/18. Spoke to customer service who assured me that it was delivered somewhere else but they would replace. Just spoke again to customer service who told me, whoops! Out of luck. Won't order from here again.

I want to inform you that I did not buy a gift card from Finish Line. I bought one. They supposedly canceled my order. They sent me a new gift card, but I never received it. I've been trying for a month to get them to send one, but it's not working.

I purchased a pair of New Balance gym shoes from JD (aka Finish Line) in Yorktown on March 20th . Last week, the sole started to come loose in two spots. I went to the Yorktown store to exchange them today and was told they do not take back worn merchandise, that is their return policy. I argued that the shoes are defective and you should stand by their product, it's only been 20 days. The assistant manager and the store manager still claimed it was against policy. I examined my e-receipt and it did not say anything about a return policy, only a receipt expiration. When I told them that, I was told the policy is on their website. Very aggravating. I have since escalated this up the corporate ladder. But I thought I should share that this company refuses to stand by their product.
Day 2: contacted the regional manager by phone leaving 3 voicemails. No response. Are they afraid to draw attention and post their absurd return policy that does not account for faulty merchandise?

Ordered a pair of sneakers online. They didn’t have an issue taking my money in seven seconds. Three days later, I get an email saying my order was canceled, and now I have to wait up to seven days for a refund. Next time, I’m sticking with Nike or Footlocker.

On March 9th, 2025, I ordered two pairs of New Balance. On March 13th a huge box was delivered to my door with one pair of shoes. On March 21st, I contacted customer service because I had not received the second pair of shoes. After holding the phone line for 15 minutes the CSR informs me that the last update is the shoes are with Fed Ex and that I could cancel my order for a refund my order or they could send them in 4 to 6 days. Finishline should have sent my shoes next day service for the inconvenience alone. THIS IS OBSERD and DISRESPECTFUL to the customer!!!! DO BETTER JDSPORTS AND FINISHLINE
A big disappointment
Places an order for a pair of airmax 95 that were on sale, on February 15, 2025. I called customer service three times, and was told via automated service, that my "order is in processing, and I will receive an email when it ships." Here we are, nine days later, and I was told by a rep, that they had to cancel my order literally at that very moment, because they misplaced the order, and now the item is not in inventory. And I'll have to wait 72 hours for my refund. Here's the email I received: "Hi Shaun,
Your order has been canceled. If this cancelation was unexpected or you have other questions for us, please call Customer Care at 1-855-423-1624 or visit our Customer Care portal. If your form of payment was already charged, it will be refunded within the next 7 business days." You guys are sad. Even your in-store employees are no good. Get it together!!!!!

If I can only give -0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of sneakers which was sent to me with two left sides in different sizes. I’ve attempted several times for assistance and explained that I was traveling so time was limited. They basically lied to me about the option of exchanging in stores. They have provided me with a return label and it was inaccurate and dishonest. The store associate explained that they could not exchange as its shows it’s already in process of a return. No knowledge or adaptability for customer inconveniences. The employees are incompetent and the company do not care to satisfy their paying customers. I do not use my time to complain about issues such as this one because I would prefer to use my time wisely but at this point I am out of a shoe and staff both over the phone and in stores seems to have no urgency to get my money back to me. There are limited options to solve a problem caused by staff and no attention to detail. I’m so upset I want to be compensated for all my time and energy used on this useless team.
Worse shoe store ever
Never ever will I order anything or shop at this store again. Been waiting almost 2 months for a refund the store wouldn’t accept and had to ship back to the warehouse. Go to footlocker instead than deal with this business. I have informed multiple friends and family members also about the situation and they all said they are staying clear of them.

Would give zero stars, FINISHLINE as a whole company is a scam. If you ever need a refund from an online order just count that as a lost and file suit with small claims court. All they do is lie.

Wish there was a button for 0 stars. Never again will I order from them. All the CS reps say something different each time you call. They have you sitting on hold for hours. Barely speak. Have no idea what’s going on. They make no sense. Lost my business best advice don’t order from them ! Ever !!

I ordered a pair of Air Jordan Reverse Panda (white & black) size 12 and they sent me a pair of Air Force 1's brown suede. Ugly shoe in my opinion. So I called to get them replaced took about 2 weeks to get the right pair. When I went to wear the shoes I find out they literally sent me both left shoes !!! How f×××in ridiculous is that. So I called again ill give them one more chance to get it right. I highly suggest you dont buy from them online ! Ever!!!! You've been warned!
DO NOT BUY
First I ordered shoes in store on November 26th to be shipped to my house and they arrive wrong shoe wrong size. I call they tell me to return the wrong shoes and they will send me the correct shoes, so I returned the wrong shoes and wait 5ish days. I had received no calls no text no emails so I called customer service and they said that they ran out of stock and gave me a refund and didn't notify me of it at all. I go online and order a new pair cuz I still need a pair of shoes that was December 16th and it is now January 5th and the second shoes are still not here and neither is the refund for the first shoes. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from here.

Order placed online 12/20/2024 for Express delivery on 12/23/2024. Today, 12/26/2024, carrier still has not picked up order for delivery. Chat will not connect to agent and customer service avg time wait for agent on 4 calls has been 25 min. After agent answers, avg time 20 min and still nothing resolved. They obviously didn't not have any idea when my daughter will get her gift. I want to cancel the order and can't even do that because I am being told it is out for delivery when status is still not picked up. This is not good and I will never go in to their stores nor online order again. I would give 0 rating if possible.
