I tried to return an item that was much too small - I’m normally a medium and the jacket was more like XS. This was well within the 30-day time limit they advertise. They have basically put every obstacle in my path to prevent. Even suggesting I need to pay for an overseas return address. Needless to say, I no longer trust them and won’t be using them again.

Really happy with what I received. The designs are stylish and the material feels durable. Worth the price.

Fake fraudulent company, please do not buy. I have reported to police for fraud and the bank. They provide customers with a fake address to send items back to when returning items and do it on purpose so that it takes months so we can’t raise disputes. Will be reporting to trustpilot and whoever else I can. Please do not waste your money on this fake fraudulent company. Registered in London on companies house but gives address to send back to China.

First time ordering from Finleycrest and I’m genuinely impressed. The fabric feels premium, and the sizing was accurate which is always a concern when shopping online. Very satisfied overall.

This company refuses to give me a refund on a very sub-standard jumper.
They will not answer the telephone or reply to any of my many emails.

I’m honestly very impressed with Finleycrest. I oredred a sweater and didn’t really know what to expect, but the quality turned out to be excellent. The fabric feels great and the fit is perfect. Everything arrived well packaged and on time. It’s always nice when an online store actually delivers what it promises. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Finleycrest. I ordered a black sweater but received a beige one by mistake. When I contacted them, they quickly sent the correct black sweater and told me I could keep the beige one as well. Now I have the same lovely sweater in two colors. Great sevrice and a very happy customer.

Honestly I have no complain’s. The clothes look just like in the pictures and the fit is spot on. Sometimes online stores over promise, but that wasn’t the case here. Good quality for a fair price I would recomend.

Had a really good experience with Finleycrest. I ordered a few clothing items and everything arrived exactly like on the website. Honestly the quality is even better then I excepted for the price. The fit were great too. No issues at all with the delivery. I would definately shop here again.

Fashion Fraud!!! Avoid. This is a rinky tink Chinese business disguised as a good quality clothing company. I ordered a chunky knit hood cardigan for £30 and fell for offer of two for £59! What I received was cheap Chinese crap. It didn’t even have a hood?!? Just awful and no labels. I was finally offered on 60% of my money back because shipping back to Hong King would have cost me £25!!!! This company needs to be shut down.

Disgraceful company! Haven’t received my goods after 8 weeks…. When I do actually get a response (after hounding them daily) they said there was an error with my address, then an investigation, then it will be delivered, then day of delivery…. Nothing! It goes on!! They ignore all requests for refund! The fight goes on……
By the sounds of other reviews though- if I ever do receive it - I will still be asking for a refund!
