Above and beyond exceptional service
Finnsoft was recommended to me by a friend. I was hesitant as they are based in Ontario and I'm in BC, but Derek, its owner, far exceeded my expectations.
He remotely fixed my far-too-old-for-its-own-good laptop, repaired every issue I had encountered (and many I was unaware of...oops), and worked beyond 'normal' business hours to suit my own schedule, all without complaint.
He could have easily pushed a high priced replacement on me, but knowing my budget he showed me how to work with what I had and also showed me options for when I was ready to finally let Old Bessie go. When that time did arrive, I not only purchased a replacement laptop for Bessie (RIP), but he also had it completely set up for my ease of use with my favourite programs installed, remotely transferred all files I would want to access and spent far too long (I sometimes double-triple-check info) showing me how the new features work. All for a price that rivals the big box stores without having to contribute to a huge corporation's already massive bank account.
Since then he's been available for every question and concern and has shown not only great patience but a knowledge you can't find from the blue shirt kids.
I paid less, and received far more, than expected. Would recommend, and have recommended, Derek and Finnsoft to all of my friends and family.
